CADo not buy from Canada Do not buy from Canada. I should have read the reviews before dealing with this company. They advertise free shipping and returns to Canada. Be aware they DO NOT refund the duties, so if you have to return anything you’ll be out that charge. This is not clear in the website and advertising free returns is false advertising, I won’t be using them again.

USNo email for cancellation on order My account was wrongfully inactivated on my first order?? Didn’t know it was inactivated until 3 days after trying to get into my account to see my shipping updates. Contacted them the first time & was told I won’t receive an email for them canceling my order 125736127 ?? It’s been almost two weeks and I STILL haven’t received my money back. Work on your horrible customer service, will never purchase from Shopbop again.

MXPerfect Shipping service to Mexico I shopped for a Jacket on Dec 26th to ship to Mexico and got it by Jan 4th with no incidents, everything was perfect, and I loved the product and the service overall. I didn't need to contact them, make any returns, etc. so I can't review based on those needs.

CANot a full refund at all Not a full refund at all! They don’t give you the full price of what you paid. I was given only a partial refund, I had paid $220 only a few weeks ago and today received $151 as my return — what an absolute scam and disgrace of a company. I had to pay for shipping despite the top of the website saying it was free shipping and returns, taxes were not refunded, and the conversion was less today than 3 weeks ago when I purchased so I paid extra to whom and for what? I will resolutely not be supporting this company in the future, first and last purchase here.

USMy order for 3 items still haven’t been… My order for 3 items still haven’t been refunded after shopbop manager telling me tll 5th business day which sin11/16 I filed FTC complaint and also notified my lawyer If refund isn’t issued I’ll be taking legal action For those wondering to shop at shopbop please don’t. They lie to their customers about refund and return.
