THSCAM? SCAM? I ordered a $500 product on Shopbop and immediately my account got locked. No customer service via email, nobody's picking up the phone. Have I been scammed $500? I want my money back or my account unlocked.

GBOrdered items in December 2023 Ordered items in December 2023. Returned all items from the order within days of getting them due to quality being subpar. Received confirmation from shopbop of my return and refund on 12/15/23...on 2/13/24...62 days later they claim one item wasn't returned and charged my card back for that item that was returned. Customer service has not been helpful other than shedding light on their IMO sketchy policy of how they handle returns- they refund you upon initial receipt but then it can take 30-60 days for your item to go to another warehouse for "final processing"...aka they can loose your items or not scan them, etc in an additional 30-60 days after they have been returned by the customer but then charge the customer back...cool cool. I will never shop with them again, terrible customer service and all of their product is available on other main street sites with better customer service

GB5 Star service!!!! Sorry to those that did not receive the experience I have! Tbh, I’m shocked that there are so many negative reviews! I am delighted with how quick my dress arrived! I ordered the dress on Saturday early hours in the morning and it arrived Tuesday with free delivery- I might add! I got the dress I have been searching high and low for, for ages!!!! Service received was great and the dress is just so beautiful! I would definitely shop here again!

ESShopbop do sell fake designer goods. Is there anything more frustrating than discovering a Cult Gaia bag purchased from Shopbop 7 years ago is confirmed FAKE by the brand’s team? I trusted Shopbop for authenticity. I’ve reached out to your customer service team, but I haven’t received a satisfactory resolution. As a old customer, I’m disappointed and seeking fair compensation for this issue, which is a refund for the price I paid.

ILBad feeling - resolved It's my first time with shopbop. I ordered a pair of pants almost one week ago. The parcel was sent with UPS. Since yesterday while tracking my package it says: "Delay: Emergency Situation or Severe Weather, Istanbul, Turkey" . This seems very strange to me and my feeling is I won't get my package... Also, I have tried 100 times to unsubscribe from their mails, it does not work and I keep receiving them. Bad feeling overall.... A few days later, after having sent this review, my package arrived. So no bad feeling in retrospect... They also stopped the mails finally...
