Find another company to purchase from. If you want to exchange or refund something with them, they make your life so difficult. They stop/don’t reply to your emails/messages. Their wigs are veryyyyy overpriced for the quality considering they don’t last more than 2 months. Please ladies find another wig company. I like unice hair and they are way more affordable.

To all the customers that were scammed… To all the customers that were scammed from this company, I think you should file a class action law suit against the company and the associates,make a example of what happens to scam artist. All those 5 star reviews are from someone that work with them with made up names,they are just nasty,thats why this covid-19 is here,because of nasty people eating filth. Don't misunderstand,I have asians in my family; but they are not crooks.

Kind of disappointed Kind of disappointed. My wig took like months to get to me, and that’s only AFTER I sent several emails requesting updates and threatening to report them for fraud. Stella had all kinds of excuses about the wig density and color making it take longer to make. When I finally got my wig, the color and length were correct, but the wig itself is very thin. on the closure if you look hard you can see the tracks. Will update once it’s installed

First it is a fraud company out of China so… First it is a company out of China so don’t be fooled by the name. Don’t waste your money! Totally unethical company. They have taught me to never order hair online again. I never received my order and I am glad that I paid through paypal. They claimed to paypal that they mailed my order using a fake delivery number but would not indicate how they shipped. They refused to respond to any of my emails. Fortunately paypal refunded my money.

Excellent service, excellent hair! Stella at Divas Wigs is amazing - excellent customer service. And this wig! Let me tell you, this hair is very manageable even for someone like myself who is a beginner. Second purchase so far, will be back for another soon. Thanks so much.
