I ordered from this company on October… I ordered from this company on October 19th I was given a tracking number but my package is still in new jersey where this company is located. The reason was Your shipment has potentially been delayed due to emergency. I contacted the USPS and they stated there was no reasoning behind why my package was delayed and I should have already received it. Its currently being investigated by the USPS and I have also contacted my financial institution. Don't shop with this company!!!

Paid for "out stock items" This is the Second time I have paid for items then a couple days later received an email stating they refunded my money because it was "Out of Stock" They send Emails saying item has "shipped" but 12 days later the tracking says only a label was created but it has NOT been shipped yet, they keep making excuses that the Post Office hasn't updated them, I did NOT use Free shipping, I paid a shipping fee for Nothing. I wasted a week ordering from this company, They need a better inventory system like So Good BB, Divatress or Ebony line, those sites Won't add items to your cart that our out of stock. A total Waste of time I could have ordered what I needed from one of the other Reliable Beauty Supply websites and I would have received it by now, even Beauty of New York website ships the Same day with their Free shipping.

Love the wigs! I've been a long time customer and love my mommy and zara wig! Sometimes my item is sold out in the colors I always order and that happens elsewhere too for some reason with this wig companies. My sister and I always order from this company since 2018 and will still order from online wig shop because the beauty supply in our area doesn't have any of the wigs we use. How unfortunate that some customers are having fraud issue with them., I'd suggest you check out via paypal, or better yet call them to place your order.
