Order processed not shipped took my $ been a week now no response I've always had great service with them until recently. I ordered over $70 worth of wigs and that was on Feb 27. They took the money out of my bank and think was set to receive my item in 4-6 business days it's only saying processed and hasn't shipped. I tried calling; no phone representative. I tried texting no reply back. I've sent an email as well. If indont hear or get my package this well I will be contacting my bank to file a dispute

Be careful if you order from this website Be careful if you order from this company. I have ordered from them a few times and was pleased at first, my items arrived quickly and with no issues, however, the last two times I ordered there was fraudulent activity on the accounts linked to the cards I used to order. I reached out to the company to express my concerns and got no response, I suppose that they don't mind having their customers information stolen from their site.

Uk customer Im from the uk and was nervous because i only read these reviews after i made my purchase. However the customer service has been really good and responsive and my package was shipped and got to the uk in less than a week. And the prices are lower that other websites so good experiance on that part . Its only a four star because my wig was stolen by royal mail i hope the postman enjoys his new lace-front wig at this point. (But thats royalmails fault not hairstopandshop)

Paid for "out stock items" This is the Second time I have paid for items then a couple days later received an email stating they refunded my money because it was "Out of Stock" They send Emails saying item has "shipped" but 12 days later the tracking says only a label was created but it has NOT been shipped yet, they keep making excuses that the Post Office hasn't updated them, I did NOT use Free shipping, I paid a shipping fee for Nothing. I wasted a week ordering from this company, They need a better inventory system like So Good BB, Divatress or Ebony line, those sites Won't add items to your cart that our out of stock. A total Waste of time I could have ordered what I needed from one of the other Reliable Beauty Supply websites and I would have received it by now, even Beauty of New York website ships the Same day with their Free shipping.

Fraud!!!! Take care with this site! They steal your credit card data and use it without your permission! I'm lucky that my bank is very efficient and stopped them before! Never buy from this site!!! Don't you come with same excuses that you gave to the others! You guys never cared about security! Because you guys are criminals stealing data from other people! I'm really thinking to report you guys to the police. Because this needs to end!!
