GBCREDIT FRAUD I've subsequently experienced CREDIT CARD FRAUD. I recently purchased the Harlem 125 100% Virgin Remy Human Hair Ultra HD 13X5 STRAIGHT Closure in 10" and my order was processed. Two days from the time I ordered which was 02/27/21 , today 03/01/21 someone was running using my credit card. The website is just that unsecure. I would like to receive my products or be issued a full refund immediately. This is just so unfortunate.

FRNot serious seller. I didn't receive my package but they don't want to help me even if the seller is the only one who can do it because only the seller can open a complaint to his post office. And they don't respect the law because if a costumer doesn't receive his package the seller has to refund him. It's the law!

GBNever had any issues with the company I have been a customer since 2018, but I never had this fraud issue from them. I live in Connecticut and I always get my item fast maybe because they are from nearby state. Last year or couple of months, my orders takes longer to be delivered.. That's understandable considering the pandemic and the snow storms last couple of months. Will still recommend this company to my family.

GBLove the wigs! I've been a long time customer and love my mommy and zara wig! Sometimes my item is sold out in the colors I always order and that happens elsewhere too for some reason with this wig companies. My sister and I always order from this company since 2018 and will still order from online wig shop because the beauty supply in our area doesn't have any of the wigs we use. How unfortunate that some customers are having fraud issue with them., I'd suggest you check out via paypal, or better yet call them to place your order.

GBOrder processed not shipped took my $ been a week now no response I've always had great service with them until recently. I ordered over $70 worth of wigs and that was on Feb 27. They took the money out of my bank and think was set to receive my item in 4-6 business days it's only saying processed and hasn't shipped. I tried calling; no phone representative. I tried texting no reply back. I've sent an email as well. If indont hear or get my package this well I will be contacting my bank to file a dispute
