Never had any issues with the company I have been a customer since 2018, but I never had this fraud issue from them. I live in Connecticut and I always get my item fast maybe because they are from nearby state. Last year or couple of months, my orders takes longer to be delivered.. That's understandable considering the pandemic and the snow storms last couple of months. Will still recommend this company to my family.

Be a fair shop and stop scamming customers! I purchase hair from this company. I receive the hair in a time but was not satisfied with the way it look and feel . It was frizzy and rough. Some hair were in pieces. I return it for a full refund. When I contact the merchant to confirm the package was delivered to their company and when I will be refunded.The merchant was rude and never answer the question. The merchant never refunded the money. I file a dispute with my debit card company and I was refunded the full amount including the shipping. Make sure you read honest reviews about the companies before you make a purchase online.

BUYER BEWARE... BUYER BEWARE... If you would like your financial privacy compromised you can count on Hair Stop and Shop. I placed an order that did not go through due to me being outside the US with my card. I checked my bank balance 1 week later and saw $520US missing. Someone had a lovely time spending my hard earned money on a birthday party, they even ordered Papa John's. Reported the fraudulent transactions to both my bank and Hair Stop and Shop. A hold was placed on my card and Stop and Shop rep told me there is nothing that can be done. Coincidentally, the first withdrawal was the exact amount as my initial order that did not go through on the website. Fraudulent Company.

Stay away! This website is super shady. Used a brand new credit card to purchase some hair and the card was magically compromised. They don't offer ”phone support” and claim they have no idea how it happened even though the card was never used elsewhere. Also happened with a debit card in July but didn't know it was them until now.

Fraud!!!! Take care with this site! They steal your credit card data and use it without your permission! I'm lucky that my bank is very efficient and stopped them before! Never buy from this site!!! Don't you come with same excuses that you gave to the others! You guys never cared about security! Because you guys are criminals stealing data from other people! I'm really thinking to report you guys to the police. Because this needs to end!!
