GBStay away! This website is super shady. Used a brand new credit card to purchase some hair and the card was magically compromised. They don't offer ”phone support” and claim they have no idea how it happened even though the card was never used elsewhere. Also happened with a debit card in July but didn't know it was them until now.

GBCREDIT FRAUD I've subsequently experienced CREDIT CARD FRAUD. I recently purchased the Harlem 125 100% Virgin Remy Human Hair Ultra HD 13X5 STRAIGHT Closure in 10" and my order was processed. Two days from the time I ordered which was 02/27/21 , today 03/01/21 someone was running using my credit card. The website is just that unsecure. I would like to receive my products or be issued a full refund immediately. This is just so unfortunate.

GBUk customer Im from the uk and was nervous because i only read these reviews after i made my purchase. However the customer service has been really good and responsive and my package was shipped and got to the uk in less than a week. And the prices are lower that other websites so good experiance on that part . Its only a four star because my wig was stolen by royal mail i hope the postman enjoys his new lace-front wig at this point. (But thats royalmails fault not hairstopandshop)

GBBe a fair shop and stop scamming customers! I purchase hair from this company. I receive the hair in a time but was not satisfied with the way it look and feel . It was frizzy and rough. Some hair were in pieces. I return it for a full refund. When I contact the merchant to confirm the package was delivered to their company and when I will be refunded.The merchant was rude and never answer the question. The merchant never refunded the money. I file a dispute with my debit card company and I was refunded the full amount including the shipping. Make sure you read honest reviews about the companies before you make a purchase online.

GBNever had any issue with this company Customer since 2017 never had an issue with my information being stolen. I see several negative reviews about this, but I don't know why this happened to some of the customers. Glad to have the text option to check in with my order. Although, it may take some time get a response, still convenient than logging in.
