GBI just want people to know that I… I just want people to know that I purchase hair 3 times. Twice on my credit card and once on my husband and hair stop and shop used my credit card and my husband card for online purchases I contact for the manager to call me but never did- so if you are hit with fraud it’s hair stop and shop. I never used my credit card but this organization and that’s how I found out so BEWARE

GBBe careful if you order from this website Be careful if you order from this company. I have ordered from them a few times and was pleased at first, my items arrived quickly and with no issues, however, the last two times I ordered there was fraudulent activity on the accounts linked to the cards I used to order. I reached out to the company to express my concerns and got no response, I suppose that they don't mind having their customers information stolen from their site.

GBOrder processed not shipped took my $ been a week now no response I've always had great service with them until recently. I ordered over $70 worth of wigs and that was on Feb 27. They took the money out of my bank and think was set to receive my item in 4-6 business days it's only saying processed and hasn't shipped. I tried calling; no phone representative. I tried texting no reply back. I've sent an email as well. If indont hear or get my package this well I will be contacting my bank to file a dispute

GBNever had any issue with this company Customer since 2017 never had an issue with my information being stolen. I see several negative reviews about this, but I don't know why this happened to some of the customers. Glad to have the text option to check in with my order. Although, it may take some time get a response, still convenient than logging in.
