Not serious seller. I didn't receive my package but they don't want to help me even if the seller is the only one who can do it because only the seller can open a complaint to his post office. And they don't respect the law because if a costumer doesn't receive his package the seller has to refund him. It's the law!

Stay away! This website is super shady. Used a brand new credit card to purchase some hair and the card was magically compromised. They don't offer ”phone support” and claim they have no idea how it happened even though the card was never used elsewhere. Also happened with a debit card in July but didn't know it was them until now.

Fraud!!!! Take care with this site! They steal your credit card data and use it without your permission! I'm lucky that my bank is very efficient and stopped them before! Never buy from this site!!! Don't you come with same excuses that you gave to the others! You guys never cared about security! Because you guys are criminals stealing data from other people! Order processed not shipped took my $ been a week now no response I've always had great service with them until recently. I ordered over $70 worth of wigs and that was on Feb 27. They took the money out of my bank and think was set to receive my item in 4-6 business days it's only saying processed and hasn't shipped. I tried calling; no phone representative. I tried texting no reply back. I've sent an email as well. If indont hear or get my package this well I will be contacting my bank to file a dispute
