Never had any issue with this company Customer since 2017 never had an issue with my information being stolen. I see several negative reviews about this, but I don't know why this happened to some of the customers. Glad to have the text option to check in with my order. Although, it may take some time get a response, still convenient than logging in.

I placed an order that did not go through due to me being outside the US with my card. I checked my bank balance 1 week later and saw $520US missing. Someone had a lovely time spending my hard earned money on a birthday party, they even ordered Papa John's. Reported the fraudulent transactions to both my bank and Hair Stop and Shop. A hold was placed on my card and Stop and Shop rep told me there is nothing that can be done. Coincidentally, the first withdrawal was the exact amount as my initial order that did not go through on the website. Fraudulent Company.

Uk customer Im from the uk and was nervous because i only read these reviews after i made my purchase. However the customer service has been really good and responsive and my package was shipped and got to the uk in less than a week. And the prices are lower that other websites so good experiance on that part . Its only a four star because my wig was stolen by royal mail i hope the postman enjoys his new lace-front wig at this point. (But thats royalmails fault not hairstopandshop)
