The problem is that the support has ended and I feel that I will not have any feedback in the future if it goes wrong as I've seen in many other users claiming such.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM HERE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They shipped me the completely wrong order, even after I checked with them to make sure it would come correct. I have email proof with them assuring me it would be correct. I get the product 2 months later, incorrect. All they are offering me is 50% off to make a new order........ HORRIBLE.

AUI love everything about this business... I love everything about this business I have purchased hoodies, three blankets and every time I’m blown away with how they capture my babies. I even used this business for a blanket I had made for my boyfriend who’s cat passed away and when he got this gift it was so special to him he was speechless. AUpretty good considering circumstances with this coronavirus deal, i expected a delay in shipping. i ordered the product in january and it arrived at the beginning of may. that is okay, i understand that safety is first. the print does look like my dog, and the blanket is very soft. but i am a little disappointed in the quality of the product. i spent $80 on a blanket that is kind of cheap. Barkly was friendly in replying to me, but i really wish they sent me more updates about the situation with covid but i had to go to them instead. overall, the blanket is nice although i wish it wasn’t so much money, and i understand that shipping was difficult during this hard time. thanks, Barkly.

AULack of communication... Can’t really review the product as i still have not received it after ordering on the 26th of Feb. Customer service has been absolutely terrible, instead of them getting in contact with their customer and providing updates with the changing situation. you have to reach out after the shipping period is long over for them to tell you another 25 days. I would not be so disappointed if they had reached out to advise in the extended time in delivery, instead of leaving their customers in the dark.
