My 2 orders :FP16868522, FP16936390 My 2 orders: FP16868522, FP16936390 went missing. I attempted to chat with "Amrita" to present my claim, but have been cut off. I cannot recommend Free People Customer service, or to even shop there again. There is no guarantee to receive the order, and, as it appears, in case of loss, there is no attempt from their side to assist by locating the lost shipment and offering to refund which is to be rightfully expected. Valeska Agasto Update: On March 21 2024 order FP16936390 has been successfully delivered. My order FP16868522 at a total of $167,95 appears to have vanished after one alleged delivery attempt by USPS on Feb 29 2024.

No refund for my return Returned an item over a month ago, Free People confirmed they received my return but I have still not received my refund. After multiple calls, they keep saying they will escalate to head office and I will hear back in 3 days. Head office do not get in touch!!! Really frustrating - quick to take your money then don't give it back. Would avoid ordering from here.

Poor quality, worse return policy The FP Amsterdam store is useless! They don’t accept returns, so you have to pay delivery costs and duties for being able to return something. Everything runs large, so you never know what size to order. The quality is so poor and most brands they sell are so much expensive on their website than if you buy at the brands website itself. Which also have better return policy . I will never buy at this store ever again! I bought a “mini” dress for €138 that comes at my knees and looks so big. Now I need to pay €20 to return this. For this price , returns should have been included

Demanding more money but not sent the items paid for Paid for two items and the money came directly out my account. Have only been sent one item and have been asked for more money for the item that’s yet to be shipped. Spoke to multiple representatives on the customer service team - Julie and memory both kept telling me ‘we don’t have your money, contact the bank’ but the bank has said the merchant has taken the payment already. so I’m out of money, no item and apparently it’s my fault LOL. Will never shop here again and if I could give 0 I would

Item went missing I ordered an item over a week ago, when I checked tracking updates it said "exception- item stolen." Given how expensive this brand is, they should a) have a warehouse in the UK instead of shipping internationally (terrible for climate change as well.) And b) Not use such awful carriers where items can be STOLEN from depot's that should be safe and secure. The carrier didn't even contact me themselves, nor did Free People. We will see if I actually get my refund, I am very sceptical looking at reviews here
