Inconsistent Quality/Sizing As a customer of Free People for many years, I have been very disappointed in recent orders due to inconsistent quality and sizing of the products not to mention overpricing . My latest order was terrible in terms of quality - the material is so thin, I am afraid to wash the shirt, the same one I bought two years ago which was much better quality. When I spoke to customer service on the phone about it, the agent was very unhelpful. I will not be ordering from Free People again.

Item went missing I ordered an item over a week ago, when I checked tracking updates it said "exception- item stolen." Given how expensive this brand is, they should a) have a warehouse in the UK instead of shipping internationally (terrible for climate change as well.) And b) Not use such awful carriers where items can be STOLEN from depot's that should be safe and secure. The carrier didn't even contact me themselves, nor did Free People. We will see if I actually get my refund, I am very sceptical looking at reviews here

FREE PEOPLE TURNED FAST FASHION Free people used to be one of my favorite companies. HOWEVER Free people has turned into a FAST FASHION company and for the price you pay for their clothing that they say is sustainable, etc.. YOU CAN’T EVEN KEEP UP WITH HOW MUCH THEY POST EVERY DAY. It’s very easy to get SUCKED IN especially when you have supported this brand for years. I am very sad to say I will no longer be a customer due to the brands CHEAP USE OF FABRICS AND ALWAYS PUMPING OUT 20 colors for a dress which is why THEY ARE FALLING APART!!!!

Absolutely appalling customer service! Absolutely appalling customer service!! Item returned more than 4 weeks ago, tracking information sent but no-one from customer service will answer my query! Head office stated will respond within 3 days its now 5 days and no response!! 2 items in 2 weeks returned as faulty!! Wrong sizes sent out, wrong items sent out then can’t get what you originally ordered, company has just gone down hill!!!!!
