GBI have been a customer of Free people… I have been a customer of Free people for years, one day I bought an Anthropology reformation top and they sent me the wrong one, I put a claim and they sent me the wrong one again, I claimed again and this time they didn't answer me, so I decided to keep the second one. I went to their store and returned the first top. The problem comes that now I tried to place an order with Free People and they cancelled it, I tried three times and all three times they cancelled it. I wrote to customer service and never heard back. At this point I don't care, but I don't understand how companies like this continue to operate, with a lousy customer service.

GBDue to a warehouse error I received an… Due to a warehouse error I received an incorrect item twice. Customer service were extremely patient and helpful while they got to grips with what had happened. I really cannot fault them with the time and effort they took to correct the error. Very happy customer, thank you.

CAInconsistent Quality/Sizing As a customer of Free People for many years, I have been very disappointed in recent orders due to inconsistent quality and sizing of the products not to mention overpricing . My latest order was terrible in terms of quality - the material is so thin, I am afraid to wash the shirt, the same one I bought two years ago which was much better quality. When I spoke to customer service on the phone about it, the agent was very unhelpful. I will not be ordering from Free People again.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. If you try to return something it is a nightmare. No information online. For a simple return they asked me to call a phone number! Eventually when you get the return form, it's just an address in the UK. This form will not clear customs, it's missing all the information required and your return will be returned to you. In addition to that you have to pay for international shipping, which is like 22 euros minimum. Really not worth the bother at all. I don't know why a company online like that exists these days

NLPoor quality, worse return policy The FP Amsterdam store is useless! They don’t accept returns, so you have to pay delivery costs and duties for being able to return something. Everything runs large, so you never know what size to order. The quality is so poor and most brands they sell are so much expensive on their website than if you buy at the brands website itself. Which also have better return policy . I will never buy at this store ever again! I bought a “mini” dress for €138 that comes at my knees and looks so big. Now I need to pay €20 to return this. For this price , returns should have been included
