GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. If you try to return something it is a nightmare. No information online. For a simple return they asked me to call a phone number! Eventually when you get the return form, it's just an address in the UK. This form will not clear customs, it's missing all the information required and your return will be returned to you. In addition to that you have to pay for international shipping, which is like 22 euros minimum. Really not worth the bother at all. I don't know why a company online like that exists these days

GBAbsolutely appalling customer service! Absolutely appalling customer service!! Item returned more than 4 weeks ago, tracking information sent but no-one from customer service will answer my query! Head office stated will respond within 3 days its now 5 days and no response!! 2 items in 2 weeks returned as faulty!! Wrong sizes sent out, wrong items sent out then can’t get what you originally ordered, company has just gone down hill!!!!!

GBFREE PEOPLE TURNED FAST FASHION Free people used to be one of my favorite companies. HOWEVER Free people has turned into a FAST FASHION company and for the price you pay for their clothing that they say is sustainable, etc.. YOU CAN’T EVEN KEEP UP WITH HOW MUCH THEY POST EVERY DAY. It’s very easy to get SUCKED IN especially when you have supported this brand for years. I am very sad to say I will no longer be a customer due to the brands CHEAP USE OF FABRICS AND ALWAYS PUMPING OUT 20 colors for a dress which is why THEY ARE FALLING APART!!!!

GBFree People’s customer service was… Free People’s customer service was beyond disappointing. After ensuring me to honor a return, they decided to no longer give me my store credit back. I have worn this brand for years and have spent hundreds of dollars on their products each year- a loyalty which means nothing to them. Please proceed with caution when dealing with Free People, they do not honor their word.

GBRefunds I have to say that I will give Free People 5 stars I ordered 4 items and was charged for 7 I sent quite a few e mails and it seemed the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand was doing. However after calling their help line the money was refunded within 2 days. I suggest calling if anyone needs help with a refund.
