Customer service were extremely patient and helpful while they got to grips with what had happened. I really cannot fault them with the time and effort they took to correct the error. GBFree People is pure trash I ve purchased free people being lazy to shop. It’s the worst. I can use their merchandise for rags to clean. Made in sweatshops and priced at 100 a sweatshirt. GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. If you try to return something it is a nightmare. No information online. For a simple return they asked me to call a phone number! Eventually when you get the return form, it's just an address in the UK. This form will not clear customs, it's missing all the information required and your return will be returned to you. In addition to that you have to pay for international shipping, which is like 22 euros minimum. Really not worth the bother at all. I don't know why a company online like that exists these days

GBExtremely disappointed Extremely disappointed by this company... used to order regularly but recently had to return an order which they sent in 3x packages. They wouldn't all fit back in the same parcel and royal mail needed separate barcodes to return. Contacted customer service and they replied once after a day asking which items were being returned and its now been 6 days later and still haven't heard back. Absolutely disgusting! I've now had to send back at my own expense which cost nearly £18. Will never order from them again. UP YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE
