PLEASE REDUCE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES!!! If not for paying $30 for shipping I would have given 5 stars. As a Canadian I find $30 to ship several scarves way too much. It's not like they weigh a ton! I am sure I will love the scarves I've ordered but if not for the Groupon discount I would never have placed an order due to the shipping charges to Canada. Please lower your charges as there seems to be a lot of Canadians who love your scarves but who, like myself, won't be ordering again due to paying way too much for shipping!

:( NOT HAPPY AT ALL :( I BOUGHT A GROUPON AND WHEN I CHOSE THE SCARF I WANTED AND THEN PROCEEDED TO CHECK OUT, I DISCOVERED THE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AMOUNT THEY CHARGE FOR SHIPPING. HONESTLY, I MAIL STUFF FROM THE U.S. ALL THE TIME BECAUSE IT IS SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN MAILING IT FROM CANADA. THE SCARF WEIGHS NOTHING AND THE CHARGE FOR SHIPPING WAS $22.95! COME ON, THAT IS SO OVERBLOWN IT IS A JOKE BUT NOW THAT I HAVE BOUGHT THE GROUPON, I AM STUCK WITH IT SO HAVE TO USE IT. NOT HAPPY AT ALL............WITH EITHER GROUPON OR THIS SITE. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

Very poor customer service but good quality scarf once one of them arrived. The one scarf that did arrive was very pretty, great texture, and good quality. Very poor customer service, and very slow. There's a lot of competition out there for our hard earned dollars and their CEO should start figuring that out.

Ordered in October received in December I ordered 5 scarves on October 19 and since 2 were listed as backorder they wouldn't ship them separately. I forgot all about them by the end of November when I got a call from them. Some manufacturing factory wouldn't ship them 2 of the scarves and so I had to go on their website and pick two different ones to replace the ones I originally ordered a MONTH prior. I had gotten emails from them saying I could do it myself online and then it wouldn't work. I spoke to them on the phone and they said they would ship out the rest with the new invoice shortly. I received my scarves in December. As in 2 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE. I wanted to cancel my order throughout the entire ordeal. I didn't because they were gifts. I would NEVER use their company again. I would NEVER recommend. Yes the scarves are pretty but for 18-40$ a scarf and a 2 MONTH shipping rate you will end up getting them at the end of winter and then it won't be useful.. On top of that they sent me an email to review their products on their website. The links keep bringing me to a page has expired so I can't even review any of my purchases.

Not entirely what I expected I placed an order for 4 scarves in October, they said it was back ordered, then in November they said that they weren't getting the scarves I wanted so I had to pick new ones, that were ok but not what I wanted originally. Also I could not get 4 scarves for the same money so I had to order 3. The second set of scarves finally arrived in January even though the site told me they would arrive before christmas. The scarves I got were nice but the colors weren't as vibrant as they looked online and the fabric was thin and not as high quality as I'd hopped. I wanted scarves that provide at least a bit of warmth but mine were all see through.
