GBbad service, didn't receive what i originally ordered I placed my order on 11/24. At the time, what I ordered was backordered until 12/7. On 12/7, I checked and it said backordered until 12/8. On 12/8, it said 12/9. Finally called them on 12/18 (it said it was backordered until 12/19). After voicing my frustration with the backordered dates, they allowed me to change my order to something in stock. I ordered the "eggplant" color assuming it was actually the color of egg plant. Instead, when it arrived it was like the orangish purple puke color. Ugly. I ordered it as a Christmas gift but it was too ugly to give to the recipient... so I think it'll be a Goodwill donation.

CAPlease be nicer to Canadians! I am so excited to get the scarves I chose, but I found that I had to leave some behind because the shipping charges to send the lovelies that I couldn't live without made it way too expensive to choose anymore. Why does it cost almost $30 to send three scarves to Canada, when it sounds like it's $4 or less to ship within the US?? Like I said, I'm looking forward to receiving the scarves I ordered and I did enjoy looking at all the website had to offer, but if it wasn't for the Groupon that covered part of the shipping, I wouldn't have bothered with even this purchase.

GBTried to rip me off Tried to rip me off. would not reply to emails. you can't call them either. thankfully Paypal reclaimed my money back. the only Email I got was after to tell me how peed off his was that I reclaimed my money.

GBpoor I ordered two scarves with a $40/20 groupon gift....the pink scarf no longer is available and they sent me a credit for $13. which as you all knows only buys a scarf but you have to do the shipping....after I already paid for shipping from the one they DID NOT have....not good business practice...I notified them with this and have heard nothing....there ya go! LJ

GBOrdered in October received in December I ordered 5 scarves on October 19 and since 2 were listed as backorder they wouldn't ship them separately. I forgot all about them by the end of November when I got a call from them. Some manufacturing factory wouldn't ship them 2 of the scarves and so I had to go on their website and pick two different ones to replace the ones I originally ordered a MONTH prior. I had gotten emails from them saying I could do it myself online and then it wouldn't work. I spoke to them on the phone and they said they would ship out the rest with the new invoice shortly. I received my scarves in December. As in 2 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE. I wanted to cancel my order throughout the entire ordeal. I didn't because they were gifts. I would NEVER use their company again. I would NEVER recommend. Yes the scarves are pretty but for 18-40$ a scarf and a 2 MONTH shipping rate you will end up getting them at the end of winter and then it won't be useful.. On top of that they sent me an email to review their products on their website. The links keep bringing me to a page has expired so I can't even review any of my purchases.
