The customer service and website… The customer service and website support is disappointing because I actually love the clothing and accessories from Mango. The last agent I dealt with was not helpful at all. I also recently purchased a purse, that is now tethering at the bottom (outside) of the bag. I don't know if the quality of the products are going down as well.

Clothing is of very poor quality and customer service is very poor I bought a pair of linen pants on April 23 2024 at Mango, Yorkdale shopping mall. I wore them the next day and within 2 hours of wearing them, the fabric in the seat had stretched as well as in the crotch and the knees. These pants looks so bad and i will never wear them again. I tried calling the store several times and left 2 messages. I have not heard back from them to date. I actually went in to the store at square one (since this one is closer to me) but the manager would not assist as I did it have my original receipt, even though I had proof I had purchased them on my visa. I would never recommend Mango to anyone due to the poor customer service and quality of the clothing

Victoria Beckham jewellery is cheap and not worth it at any price Saw the collaboration mango with Victoria beckham and excitedly got in early at the release to buy the gold plated necklace. Thinking it would be a piece to be proud of. It arrived in a huge box with a small box inside. But the box was bashed as it had been moving in this stupid oversized box. The box with the necklace was cheaper than the cheapest shop you can imagine. The bag was also. The necklace was not worth anything. It’s so disappointing. I’m annoyed at Mango and Victoria Beckham for this profiteering.

Returns are awful since they started… Returns are awful since they started using Rebound. Just let the customer print their own return label or enclose a preprinted one, preferably UPS or Fedex not USPS. Why make people queue at the post office just to print a label, not to mention the fact that many people say the QR Code does not work or the post office charges when it's supposed to be free.

Had a wonderful meal with my family… Had a wonderful meal with my family from down south. 7 of us with all varieties from Indian, Italian to Burgers. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Service was 💯 spot on. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
