CAClothing is of very poor quality and customer service is very poor I bought a pair of linen pants on April 23 2024 at Mango, Yorkdale shopping mall. I wore them the next day and within 2 hours of wearing them, the fabric in the seat had stretched as well as in the crotch and the knees. These pants looks so bad and i will never wear them again. I tried calling the store several times and left 2 messages. I have not heard back from them to date. I actually went in to the store at square one (since this one is closer to me) but the manager would not assist as I did it have my original receipt, even though I had proof I had purchased them on my visa. I would never recommend Mango to anyone due to the poor customer service and quality of the clothing

GBVictoria Beckham jewellery is cheap and not worth it at any price Saw the collaboration mango with Victoria beckham and excitedly got in early at the release to buy the gold plated necklace. Thinking it would be a piece to be proud of. It arrived in a huge box with a small box inside. But the box was bashed as it had been moving in this stupid oversized box. The box with the necklace was cheaper than the cheapest shop you can imagine. The bag was also. The necklace was not worth anything. It’s so disappointing. I’m annoyed at Mango and Victoria Beckham for this profiteering.

CAUnbelievably bad customer service and returns… Unbelievably bad customer service experience. It has been 6 weeks since online order was placed. Shipment tracking is not available and its been saying "you'll receive your order in the next few days". Can't even cancel the order....agents are of no use and are quoting me policies that apply to "returns", even though I haven't even received the product yet. This must be a joke...

NLTerribile servive in Eindhoven. Terribile servive in Eindhoven. I retutned a pair of earrings after 1 day , paid 22.99€ and never worn because they were unglued. The woman at till, English speaker, complained a lot, pretending that was my fault and after that she processed my right to return them, without even say a word, not even good buy. Maybe isthe case to look for a job in which you dont have contact with customers.
