GBReturns are awful since they started… Returns are awful since they started using Rebound. Just let the customer print their own return label or enclose a preprinted one, preferably UPS or Fedex not USPS. Why make people queue at the post office just to print a label, not to mention the fact that many people say the QR Code does not work or the post office charges when it's supposed to be free.

GBCustomer service needs major improvement Had my first experience shopping from Mango. Their products seem good but the customer service is horrible. The return takes real long so the refund takes even longer. Talking to the customer service was anything but a good experience. I understand diversity n inclusion, I probably have an accent myself but one can have an accent n still be trained to be polite. It would be real helpful if these companies trained people in customer service before just hiring them. I am sick of rude individuals working in the customer service field, they don’t seem to understand that they have a job because of us consumers so if u don’t like helping people and have no patience then maybe find a different job.

GBThe customer service and website… The customer service and website support is disappointing because I actually love the clothing and accessories from Mango. The last agent I dealt with was not helpful at all. I also recently purchased a purse, that is now tethering at the bottom (outside) of the bag. I don't know if the quality of the products are going down as well.

GBWould give minus stars if possible Would give minus stars if possible, worst customer service experience ever, sent me the wrong order, returns policy terrible, by the time I had jumped through their hoops and returned the wrong order the clothes I wanted were no longer available... Avoid

CAListen to the reviews on here and stay… Listen to the reviews on here and stay away from this site whatsoever and do not order! I placed an order on April 4th and since then there haven’t been any tracking updates, literally none. Shipping is sooooo slow.
