NLAwful online customer service. Awful customer service.. Bought an item online, after 2 weeks it had not been dispatched.. contacted them and was told its on out way and given a trace code, and told will be with me in 3 days. A week later, still nothing, again lots of excuses. Tried to call, no luck. explained this is a gift, and i don't mind waiting if i know it will come.. told oh yes its on its way.. then refund out of the blue, sorry we don't have the item in stock.. and now they do not care about reaching a conclusion of there mistakes.

CAListen to the reviews on here and stay… Listen to the reviews on here and stay away from this site whatsoever and do not order! I placed an order on April 4th and since then there haven’t been any tracking updates, literally none. Shipping is sooooo slow.

GBCANNOT PLACE ORDER After finally deciding what I wanted to buy, I went to checkout and tried placing the order AT LEAST 20 TIMES but it doesn’t work… just keeps rerouting to homepage. How are they supposed to make money when preventing potential customers from placing orders??? WORST WEBSITE EVER!

GBcancelled order without informing me I made an order at Mango and requested my delivery to be done at the local ParcelShop. The delivery was delayed several days and at some point I received an email saying that they apologise for the delay. After this I checked on my Mango account and I saw that the order was cancelled without letting me know.

ROReturned online purchase Online purchase that was returned. Return was processed, the courier picked up the package, but I haven't received any tracking number. The return was made from Romania to Spain! Shouldn't be considered a location in Romania for the return?! I have to wait for the refund 1 month, at least! Worst experience of online purchase!
