Returned online purchase Online purchase that was returned. Return was processed, the courier picked up the package, but I haven't received any tracking number. The return was made from Romania to Spain! Shouldn't be considered a location in Romania for the return?! I have to wait for the refund 1 month, at least! Worst experience of online purchase!

CANNOT PLACE ORDER After finally deciding what I wanted to buy, I went to checkout and tried placing the order AT LEAST 20 TIMES but it doesn’t work… just keeps rerouting to homepage. How are they supposed to make money when preventing potential customers from placing orders??? WORST WEBSITE EVER!

Still waiting for my refund 3 weeks… Still waiting for my refund 3 weeks later, the tracking says collected but it hasn't yet been delviered back to Mango. I have no way of contacting them, chatbot is useless and all my calls have been dropped.

Clothing is of very poor quality and customer service is very poor I bought a pair of linen pants on April 23 2024 at Mango, Yorkdale shopping mall. I wore them the next day and within 2 hours of wearing them, the fabric in the seat had stretched as well as in the crotch and the knees. These pants looks so bad and i will never wear them again. I tried calling the store several times and left 2 messages. I have not heard back from them to date. I actually went in to the store at square one (since this one is closer to me) but the manager would not assist as I did it have my original receipt, even though I had proof I had purchased them on my visa. I would never recommend Mango to anyone due to the poor customer service and quality of the clothing

Terribile servive in Eindhoven. Terribile servive in Eindhoven. I retutned a pair of earrings after 1 day , paid 22.99€ and never worn because they were unglued. The woman at till, English speaker, complained a lot, pretending that was my fault and after that she processed my right to return them, without even say a word, not even good buy. Maybe isthe case to look for a job in which you dont have contact with customers.
