Awful online customer service. Awful customer service.. Bought an item online, after 2 weeks it had not been dispatched.. contacted them and was told its on out way and given a trace code, and told will be with me in 3 days. A week later, still nothing, again lots of excuses. Tried to call, no luck. explained this is a gift, and i don't mind waiting if i know it will come.. told oh yes its on its way.. then refund out of the blue, sorry we don't have the item in stock.. and now they do not care about reaching a conclusion of there mistakes.

Returns are awful since they started… Returns are awful since they started using Rebound. Just let the customer print their own return label or enclose a preprinted one, preferably UPS or Fedex not USPS. Why make people queue at the post office just to print a label, not to mention the fact that many people say the QR Code does not work or the post office charges when it's supposed to be free.

Customer service needs major improvement Had my first experience shopping from Mango. Their products seem good but the customer service is horrible. The return takes real long so the refund takes even longer. Talking to the customer service was anything but a good experience. I understand diversity n inclusion, I probably have an accent myself but one can have an accent n still be trained to be polite. It would be real helpful if these companies trained people in customer service before just hiring them. I am sick of rude individuals working in the customer service field, they don’t seem to understand that they have a job because of us consumers so if u don’t like helping people and have no patience then maybe find a different job.

CANNOT PLACE ORDER After finally deciding what I wanted to buy, I went to checkout and tried placing the order AT LEAST 20 TIMES but it doesn’t work… just keeps rerouting to homepage. How are they supposed to make money when preventing potential customers from placing orders??? WORST WEBSITE EVER!

Still waiting I ordered from mango for the first time on Monday the 4th of march hoping the jeans I wanted would arrive by the Thursday to wear on a weekend trip. Unfortunately I didn't even get a shipping notification until the Friday. As I was away for the weekend I immediately used the Evri tracking link to deliver to a parcelshop location rather than mt flat. After a few days I got an email saying there had been an issue and my order would be delayed. It has been several days with no update. It's been 2 weeks since I've placed my order and I have no idea if or when it will arrive. I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Never again.
