Unbelievably bad customer service and returns… Unbelievably bad customer service experience. It has been 6 weeks since online order was placed. Shipment tracking is not available and its been saying "you'll receive your order in the next few days". Can't even cancel the order....agents are of no use and are quoting me policies that apply to "returns", even though I haven't even received the product yet. This must be a joke...

Returned online purchase Online purchase that was returned. Return was processed, the courier picked up the package, but I haven't received any tracking number. The return was made from Romania to Spain! Shouldn't be considered a location in Romania for the return?! I have to wait for the refund 1 month, at least! Worst experience of online purchase!

Returns are awful since they started… Returns are awful since they started using Rebound. Just let the customer print their own return label or enclose a preprinted one, preferably UPS or Fedex not USPS. Why make people queue at the post office just to print a label, not to mention the fact that many people say the QR Code does not work or the post office charges when it's supposed to be free.

Customer service needs major improvement Had my first experience shopping from Mango. Their products seem good but the customer service is horrible. The return takes real long so the refund takes even longer. Talking to the customer service was anything but a good experience. I understand diversity n inclusion, I probably have an accent myself but one can have an accent n still be trained to be polite. It would be real helpful if these companies trained people in customer service before just hiring them. I am sick of rude individuals working in the customer service field, they don’t seem to understand that they have a job because of us consumers so if u don’t like helping people and have no patience then maybe find a different job.

Clothing is of very poor quality and customer service is very poor I bought a pair of linen pants on April 23 2024 at Mango, Yorkdale shopping mall. I wore them the next day and within 2 hours of wearing them, the fabric in the seat had stretched as well as in the crotch and the knees. These pants looks so bad and i will never wear them again. I tried calling the store several times and left 2 messages. I have not heard back from them to date. I actually went in to the store at square one (since this one is closer to me) but the manager would not assist as I did it have my original receipt, even though I had proof I had purchased them on my visa. I would never recommend Mango to anyone due to the poor customer service and quality of the clothing
