Bad quality not fit for purpose I have bought things from their high street shops which I have been happy with (hence 2 instead of 1 star!) so I was very disappointed after buying 2 pairs of trousers which both turned out to be awful. One which I could put down to preference (horrible material that just hangs extremely badly and impossible to iron) but the other when as soon as I washed them (in 30c normal wash) ended up with the colour fading in various places so ended up all patchy and unwearable. Unfortunately this happened after the 30 day return window so nothing I could do. I wanted to review the products to warn others but unusually you can't seem to do that so thought the next best thing was putting something here! I would add that although these were in the sale, they were both originally in the region of £50-£60 each so would expect better!

Returns are awful since they started… Returns are awful since they started using Rebound. Just let the customer print their own return label or enclose a preprinted one, preferably UPS or Fedex not USPS. Why make people queue at the post office just to print a label, not to mention the fact that many people say the QR Code does not work or the post office charges when it's supposed to be free.

The customer service and website… The customer service and website support is disappointing because I actually love the clothing and accessories from Mango. The last agent I dealt with was not helpful at all. I also recently purchased a purse, that is now tethering at the bottom (outside) of the bag. I don't know if the quality of the products are going down as well.

Awful online customer service. Awful customer service.. Bought an item online, after 2 weeks it had not been dispatched.. contacted them and was told its on out way and given a trace code, and told will be with me in 3 days. A week later, still nothing, again lots of excuses. Tried to call, no luck. explained this is a gift, and i don't mind waiting if i know it will come.. told oh yes its on its way.. then refund out of the blue, sorry we don't have the item in stock.. and now they do not care about reaching a conclusion of there mistakes.

No delivery, no information As always wishing I checked here before ordering. My order has been on its way for days. Mango direct me to Evri and Evri tell me its 'on its way'. Mango customer service gave me back the same tracking information I gave them in my initial enquiry - so unhelpful! I wonder if it will ever arrive.
