GBWish there was a way to post a comment… Wish there was a way to post a comment without having to give even 1 star!!! Chadwicks epitomizes the worst in false advertising!!! First, how they offer a 15% off on your initial purchase. Nope!!! They don't even honor that if it is a sale item. Every single coupon is a joke!!! In this day of high competition in the internet shopping world, I wonder how ANYONE would ever want to shop Chadwicks. Shame on you for extremely poor customer service.

GBCustomers Beware Two Chadwicks representatives lied to me about my shipping refund that supposed to have been processed. Also the top I ordered was not the same color as shown on the site, false advertising. Talked to a representative on 04-30-24, she said it would cost 10.19 to return. The top cost 18+, I don't see how this company will grow with all the bad reviews.

GBOnline retailer with no exchange policy? Really? Very disappointed in an online retailer that doesn't allow any exchanges or refunds. I ordered two blazers in different colors and the material was completely different... two white shirts unable to be worn alone because virtually see-through. The quality that used to be there simply isn't anymore. Shipping takes forever - nearly 10 days from CT to WI. Unable to rate products on their site because my order number doesn't exist.

GBUnfortunately Chadawicks of Boston Unfortunately Chadawicks of Boston, is part of a group of thieves, that include Travel Smith, Chasing Fireflies, Metro Style and Territory Ahead, they and the group Black Stone took us all, the received merchandise solid it a sent the money back to Hong Kong, used lawyers to shield them, and stole everything, protected by law., How is this possible? big business taking everything. Think about this next time, the reality is that big corporation don't care about you or me, they only care about your money, and what we think about them, you may think I am just making this up, but I have proof of their theft.

GBI received my usual catalog and… I received my usual catalog and immediately placed an order. I had to make some concessions due to size and color availability but I thought maybe COVID was causing more online activity than usual. I was a little taken aback by price increases and special COVID fees but I was ordering for Christmas so OK. Received an email acknowledgment right away and 15 days later, far too late to make other arrangements, I get a letter (that’s right, a snail mail letter) saying all six items I ordered were “no longer available”!?!? Take this to the bank I’ve placed my last “Chaddicks” order.
