This company doesn't honor their… This company doesn't honor their merchandise credit even when it states: Has NO expiration date. Can be used on ANY future purchase. NOT TRUE! Customer Service is terrible. Will route you to customer service repeatedly as if you are being sent to someone who can help, then play dumb as if they do not know what they are doing. SAVE TIME, $$$, AND AGGRAVATION SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

I received my usual catalog and… I received my usual catalog and immediately placed an order. I had to make some concessions due to size and color availability but I thought maybe COVID was causing more online activity than usual. I was a little taken aback by price increases and special COVID fees but I was ordering for Christmas so OK. Received an email acknowledgment right away and 15 days later, far too late to make other arrangements, I get a letter (that’s right, a snail mail letter) saying all six items I ordered were “no longer available”!?!? Take this to the bank I’ve placed my last “Chaddicks” order.

Chadwicks has been SOLD! Chadwicks has been SOLD!! the quality is downand the prices are up. They no longer offer free shipping, they are peddaling a monthly service thats a scam. I will never order again. Have been a loyal shopper for years

Decent producs; POOR COMMUNICATION! In what universe does Chadwick's think it should not notify a customer that a pair of wool pants ordered in February is back ordered until August?! If you try to do the email "contact us", you MUST use one of their questions, and the back order question just takes you back to your order confirmation. I had to call, which is how I found out about the August date. No apology; no question abut whether I would like to cancel the order. Not even any surprise that the back order was so far back.

What happened? I used to shop by catalog at Chadwicks and thought I would revisit the site after all these years. I thought they would still be fashionable and up to date and how mistaken I was! I am so disappointed, Montgomery Wards in the 80's had more up-to-date fashions. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Please consider a better fashion buyer!
