Decent producs; POOR COMMUNICATION! In what universe does Chadwick's think it should not notify a customer that a pair of wool pants ordered in February is back ordered until August?! If you try to do the email "contact us", you MUST use one of their questions, and the back order question just takes you back to your order confirmation. I had to call, which is how I found out about the August date. No apology; no question abut whether I would like to cancel the order. Not even any surprise that the back order was so far back.

I was a little taken aback by price increases and special COVID fees but I was ordering for Christmas so OK. Most of them you cannot even understand. Took me 30 minutes being transferred 3 times before I got to the correct representative then had to wait again to speak with a manager. I will never to business again with this company.
