Chadwicks refund wasn't even the total of merchandise ordered I placed an order with Chadwicks. When I received the order I requested an exchange for a different size. I never heard back over a month. Called them and was told I'd received a refund instead. Just found out that the refund doesn't even cover the cost of the merchandise. I received $7.00 less than the merchandise cost. All total, (taxes, shipping and handling, plus the extra $7.00 they didn't refund) I lost almost $20.00. I don't have the product and I'm out $20.00. Very poor customer service. I'll never order from Chadwicks or any of their affiliated companies again.

Chadwick's "VIP Club" is a SCAM Chadwick's "VIP Club" is a SCAM! AVOID THE $15 MONTHLY FEE! You will be required to send info with proof of purchase to a third-party site which, when received, is NEVER in the correct format. There are NO customer service people to speak with due to "high volume" of calls/online contacts - meaning they apparently do not have real customer service. Goods are shoddy, returns are costly (often more than the items purchased) so you will see NO savings from this site for sub-par, poorly made imports. There are many other options online offering better quality goods - with FREE shipping - so skip Chadwick's and ask friends who shop online whose sites they have had good experiences with. This will NOT be one of them!

Decent producs; POOR COMMUNICATION! In what universe does Chadwick's think it should not notify a customer that a pair of wool pants ordered in February is back ordered until August?! If you try to do the email "contact us", you MUST use one of their questions, and the back order question just takes you back to your order confirmation. I had to call, which is how I found out about the August date. No apology; no question abut whether I would like to cancel the order. Not even any surprise that the back order was so far back.

Customer service stinks! If you order from them, you'd better be sure you know what you're getting because the return policy is awful so you're just plain out of luck if you get something and find it has an odd fit like I did. (Almost to the point of defective but that didn't matter to them). I'm used to Lands End who has the most liberal return policy I've ever seen. Their policy is simply "Guaranteed, Period". Going from Lands End to this lousy service is a huge mistake!!

Unfortunately Chadawicks of Boston Unfortunately Chadawicks of Boston, is part of a group of thieves, that include Travel Smith, Chasing Fireflies, Metro Style and Territory Ahead, they and the group Black Stone took us all, the received merchandise solid it a sent the money back to Hong Kong, used lawyers to shield them, and stole everything, protected by law., How is this possible? big business taking everything. Think about this next time, the reality is that big corporation don't care about you or me, they only care about your money, and what we think about them, you may think I am just making this up, but I have proof of their theft.
