GBWhat happened? I used to shop by catalog at Chadwicks and thought I would revisit the site after all these years. I thought they would still be fashionable and up to date and how mistaken I was! I am so disappointed, Montgomery Wards in the 80's had more up-to-date fashions. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Please consider a better fashion buyer!

GBDecent producs; POOR COMMUNICATION! In what universe does Chadwick's think it should not notify a customer that a pair of wool pants ordered in February is back ordered until August?! If you try to do the email "contact us", you MUST use one of their questions, and the back order question just takes you back to your order confirmation. I had to call, which is how I found out about the August date. No apology; no question abut whether I would like to cancel the order. Not even any surprise that the back order was so far back.

GBUnfortunately Chadawicks of Boston Unfortunately Chadawicks of Boston, is part of a group of thieves, that include Travel Smith, Chasing Fireflies, Metro Style and Territory Ahead, they and the group Black Stone took us all, the received merchandise solid it a sent the money back to Hong Kong, used lawyers to shield them, and stole everything, protected by law., How is this possible? big business taking everything. Think about this next time, the reality is that big corporation don't care about you or me, they only care about your money, and what we think about them, you may think I am just making this up, but I have proof of their theft.

GBChadwicks has the absolute WORST… Chadwicks has the absolute WORST customer service i have ever dealt with. They talk over you. They are the rudest customer service representative. Most of them you cannot even understand. Took me 30 minutes being transferred 3 times before I got to the correct representative then had to wait again to speak with a manager. I will never to business again with this company.

GBPoor products & worse service Poor products & worse service - wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Bought 3 items and paid really high shipping. 1 of the items was defective. I ended up returning all 3. Even though they cover return shipping on defective items, they still made me pay for return shipping "because the other 2 items are fine." Haha what? They would've had to cover the return shipping anyway, but they clearly don't care about how they treat customers. Plus their products are frumpy, high priced, low quality. Never again.
