USOnline retailer with no exchange policy? Really? Very disappointed in an online retailer that doesn't allow any exchanges or refunds. I ordered two blazers in different colors and the material was completely different... two white shirts unable to be worn alone because virtually see-through. The quality that used to be there simply isn't anymore. Shipping takes forever - nearly 10 days from CT to WI. Unable to rate products on their site because my order number doesn't exist.

USWish there was a way to post a comment… Wish there was a way to post a comment without having to give even 1 star!!! Chadwicks epitomizes the worst in false advertising!!! First, how they offer a 15% off on your initial purchase. Nope!!! They don't even honor that if it is a sale item. Every single coupon is a joke!!! In this day of high competition in the internet shopping world, I wonder how ANYONE would ever want to shop Chadwicks. Shame on you for extremely poor customer service.

USPoor products & worse service Poor products & worse service - wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Bought 3 items and paid really high shipping. 1 of the items was defective. I ended up returning all 3. Even though they cover return shipping on defective items, they still made me pay for return shipping "because the other 2 items are fine." Haha what? They would've had to cover the return shipping anyway, but they clearly don't care about how they treat customers. Plus their products are frumpy, high priced, low quality. Never again.

USCustomer service stinks! If you order from them, you'd better be sure you know what you're getting because the return policy is awful so you're just plain out of luck if you get something and find it has an odd fit like I did. (Almost to the point of defective but that didn't matter to them). I'm used to Lands End who has the most liberal return policy I've ever seen. Their policy is simply "Guaranteed, Period". Going from Lands End to this lousy service is a huge mistake!!

USChadwicks Customers Beware of Thank You Award Notice I have been a customer of Chadwicks for at least 8 years. I recently recieved a Thank You Award Notice form a "Preferred Partner of Chadwicks" misleading me to think that I could select 194.00 worth of free gifts. All it required was my signature and the selected gift items. Guess what Chadwicks gave my personal Visa debit card number used for my most recent order to this company that has now charged my account for $160.00! Thanks for the appreciation
