GBChadwick's "VIP Club" is a SCAM Chadwick's "VIP Club" is a SCAM! AVOID THE $15 MONTHLY FEE! You will be required to send info with proof of purchase to a third-party site which, when received, is NEVER in the correct format. There are NO customer service people to speak with due to "high volume" of calls/online contacts - meaning they apparently do not have real customer service. Goods are shoddy, returns are costly (often more than the items purchased) so you will see NO savings from this site for sub-par, poorly made imports. There are many other options online offering better quality goods - with FREE shipping - so skip Chadwick's and ask friends who shop online whose sites they have had good experiences with. This will NOT be one of them!

GBNo one makes the quality and style of… No one makes the quality and style of classical cardigan sweaters like Chadwicks at a great price! I'm truly depressed. Please post if Chadwicks will come back? None of the other suggestions of similar companies hold a candle. They were great fit! Especially the smaller sizes.

GBGot ripped out by this company years… Got ripped out by this company years ago for over $150 worth of merchandise I paid for but never received. Fumbled upon the company again while searching for tall clothing. Read the reviews and see they are still ripping people off. Believe the reviews people. It's should be illegal for them to still be conducting business. Be aware! Don't, no matter how attractive their merchandise might be. They will take your money and send you nothing or a something you don't want.

GBWhat happened? I used to shop by catalog at Chadwicks and thought I would revisit the site after all these years. I thought they would still be fashionable and up to date and how mistaken I was! I am so disappointed, Montgomery Wards in the 80's had more up-to-date fashions. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Please consider a better fashion buyer!

GBDecent producs; POOR COMMUNICATION! In what universe does Chadwick's think it should not notify a customer that a pair of wool pants ordered in February is back ordered until August?! If you try to do the email "contact us", you MUST use one of their questions, and the back order question just takes you back to your order confirmation. I had to call, which is how I found out about the August date. No apology; no question abut whether I would like to cancel the order. Not even any surprise that the back order was so far back.
