Chadwicks has the absolute WORST… Chadwicks has the absolute WORST customer service i have ever dealt with. They talk over you. They are the rudest customer service representative. Most of them you cannot even understand. Took me 30 minutes being transferred 3 times before I got to the correct representative then had to wait again to speak with a manager. I will never to business again with this company.

Poor products & worse service Poor products & worse service - wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Bought 3 items and paid really high shipping. 1 of the items was defective. I ended up returning all 3. Even though they cover return shipping on defective items, they still made me pay for return shipping "because the other 2 items are fine." Haha what? They would've had to cover the return shipping anyway, but they clearly don't care about how they treat customers. Plus their products are frumpy, high priced, low quality. Never again.

First, how they offer a 15% off on your initial purchase. Nope!!! They don't even honor that if it is a sale item. Every single coupon is a joke!!! In this day of high competition in the internet shopping world, I wonder how ANYONE would ever want to shop Chadwicks. Shame on you for extremely poor customer service.

I received my usual catalog and… I received my usual catalog and immediately placed an order. I had to make some concessions due to size and color availability but I thought maybe COVID was causing more online activity than usual. I was a little taken aback by price increases and special COVID fees but I was ordering for Christmas so OK. Received an email acknowledgment right away and 15 days later, far too late to make other arrangements, I get a letter (that’s right, a snail mail letter) saying all six items I ordered were “no longer available”!?!? Take this to the bank I’ve placed my last “Chaddicks” order.

Got ripped out by this company years… Got ripped out by this company years ago for over $150 worth of merchandise I paid for but never received. Fumbled upon the company again while searching for tall clothing. Read the reviews and see they are still ripping people off. Believe the reviews people. It's should be illegal for them to still be conducting business. Be aware! Don't, no matter how attractive their merchandise might be. They will take your money and send you nothing or a something you don't want.
