Online retailer with no exchange policy? Really? Very disappointed in an online retailer that doesn't allow any exchanges or refunds. I ordered two blazers in different colors and the material was completely different... two white shirts unable to be worn alone because virtually see-through. The quality that used to be there simply isn't anymore. Shipping takes forever - nearly 10 days from CT to WI. Unable to rate products on their site because my order number doesn't exist.

I had to make some concessions due to size and color availability but I thought maybe COVID was causing more online activity than usual. I was a little taken aback by price increases and special COVID fees but I was ordering for Christmas so OK. Received an email acknowledgment right away and 15 days later, far too late to make other arrangements, I get a letter (that’s right, a snail mail letter) saying all six items I ordered were “no longer available”!?!? Take this to the bank I’ve placed my last “Chaddicks” order.

No one makes the quality and style of… No one makes the quality and style of classical cardigan sweaters like Chadwicks at a great price! I'm truly depressed. Please post if Chadwicks will come back? None of the other suggestions of similar companies hold a candle. They were great fit! Especially the smaller sizes.

No email confirmation of my phone order… No email confirmation of my phone order over 1 week ago. A month ago I received their most recent catalog, tried to order online, got “ the website is being improved” message. I then called the number on the site to phone in my order. The sales person took my order, payment & signed me up for the “VIP” program. No email confirmation. I think I got scammed. Do not do business with this company!!

Chadwick's "VIP Club" is a SCAM Chadwick's "VIP Club" is a SCAM! AVOID THE $15 MONTHLY FEE! You will be required to send info with proof of purchase to a third-party site which, when received, is NEVER in the correct format. There are NO customer service people to speak with due to "high volume" of calls/online contacts - meaning they apparently do not have real customer service. Goods are shoddy, returns are costly (often more than the items purchased) so you will see NO savings from this site for sub-par, poorly made imports. There are many other options online offering better quality goods - with FREE shipping - so skip Chadwick's and ask friends who shop online whose sites they have had good experiences with. This will NOT be one of them!
