Fraudulent Company - Crooks Fraudulent Company The product I ordered was not at all what I received. It took almost three months to arrive, and 10 or so emails to their so called “customer service department”! What a joke. No refund offered. The product I received looks like something you would buy at the dollar store made out of cheap costume felt. It didn’t arrive in a box, instead it came in a cheap bag and was completely crushed, not that the fedora they sent would hold any sort of shape made out of that kind of ridiculous material. Completely fake. I reported this company to the fraud cyber crime department of the government and they contacted the RCMP to investigate and charge.

I placed an order on May 2 I placed an order on May 2, 2023... It is now June 20, 2023 (51 days later) and no product in hand. To say I'm still waiting would be a joke. They responded to a couple of emails that I inquired about my order. After that, they've cut off all communications. Facebook should be held accountable for allowing these @#$! to advertise on their domain. My bank tells me it could take up to 3 months to complete an investigation. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Very unprofessional company Very unprofessional company. They don't communicate at all. I am still waiting on my order. Then they will try to subvert paypal's system by communicating outside of it so they are not liable for their mistakes. They will also out right lie to you saying an item has shipped when it has not.

I had no issues with the hat I ordered I had no issues with the hat I ordered! At $40 i didn’t expect it to be the authentic $300 hat…It’s a reproduction from China…And I knew that ordering, and the hat is fine
