I ordered this hat over 2 months ago and I still haven't gotten it or my money actually I ordered two hats and I still haven't gotten my product or refund this is a bunch of b******* and bad bad busin I don't think I will deal with this company again ever ever I ordered two hats on June the 19th and to this day I haven't got a reply response or go f*** yourself or anything this is the lowest class service I have ever experienced ordering online and I hope to get my money back or my product soon I haven't even heard from this company that's pretty bad service for a hat company ....... I hope they get this message and get my product to me soon I'm going on 3 months already that's a shame. Pis poor service.

Very unprofessional company Very unprofessional company. They don't communicate at all. I am still waiting on my order. Then they will try to subvert paypal's system by communicating outside of it so they are not liable for their mistakes. They will also out right lie to you saying an item has shipped when it has not.

Frauds! <$5 worth of felt for $96 Deceptive Company - hats do not match picture or description. I ordered two hats that were described as buffalo felt, made in Garland, Texas. The first red flag was that they didn't issue a real receipt, just the Paypal transaction details. I filed a complaint with Paypal, which didn't accomplish much. They gave me a shipping number and the hats finally arrived after the paypal complaint automatically closed. They were cheap felt, had no lining and shipped in a bag instead of a box. Instead of leather hat bands, one was plastic and the other was fabric. They were the same shape, despite being different on the website. They were worse than you'd get from a pop-up Halloween store.

I ordered and paid for VIP shipment... but no I ordered and paid for VIP shipment. This extra payment should have provided for faster shipping and at the most 18 working days. They seem not to have many working days because 45 days later still received nothing. Not even a shipping confirmation so am afraid this is going to be a very bad experience.... Will keep this updated if I receive hats. Hope quality will be better than VIP service that was promised.

I had no issues with the hat I ordered I had no issues with the hat I ordered! At $40 i didn’t expect it to be the authentic $300 hat…It’s a reproduction from China…And I knew that ordering, and the hat is fine
