Scam company. I cant seem to give this company negative stars. I have never written a review bit am moved to do so because of how bad this hat is. The pictures advertised are absolutely nothing like the hat I received. I received a hat that would be sold at a dollar store as a party favor, but paid for what I expected to be a genuine hat. Wish I could add pictures of actual product vs advertisement. Congrats to the company on the scam.

From MAILBOX to TRASHBIN Crap. Ordered the "Western Desert Top Handmade Sergio Anzani Hatmaker" What I received was a far far cheap cry from what was advertised. Went straight from my mailbox to the trash bin. Facebook should be ashamed of itself for allowing this company to post on its site. I will NEVER order anything based on a company's advertisement on FB. If I could give it zero or MINUS stars I would've.

Hat shipped in a Plastic Bag! The hat I ordered came in a black plastic bag that had been wrapped in clear plastic sandwich wrap. The package was crushed and thus the hat was crushed sideways. Further, the USA shipping partner with a BBB rating of "F", let the package sit for days before it was transferred to a USPS office in Indianapolis instead of a post office in the Chicago area adding to the extended delivery time.
