Hat shipped in a Plastic Bag! The hat I ordered came in a black plastic bag that had been wrapped in clear plastic sandwich wrap. The package was crushed and thus the hat was crushed sideways. Further, the USA shipping partner with a BBB rating of "F", let the package sit for days before it was transferred to a USPS office in Indianapolis instead of a post office in the Chicago area adding to the extended delivery time.

Be aware!!! Can't be trusted Be aware!!!! This company can't be trusted. You think you're going to buy from a USA company but payments will go to China, and this is not declared on their website. You'll never get an order number or an order tracking number, neither an order confirmation's Email. When you contact the customer service there is a bot answering with a repetitive set of answers. No phone number to call. Put all things together and you have a clear view of a looking like fraudulent company.

WORST online shopping experience ever This is the WORST possible online shopping experience I have EVER had. Not only did the hat take over a month to arrive after my order was placed, but it looked NOTHING like the photo as advertised and arrived damaged beyond repair. Made with the utmost cheapest materials in a factory in China. Massive avoid!
