GBI placed an order on May 2 I placed an order on May 2, 2023... It is now June 20, 2023 (51 days later) and no product in hand. To say I'm still waiting would be a joke. They responded to a couple of emails that I inquired about my order. After that, they've cut off all communications. Facebook should be held accountable for allowing these @#$! to advertise on their domain. My bank tells me it could take up to 3 months to complete an investigation. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

GBI had no issues with the hat I ordered I had no issues with the hat I ordered! At $40 i didn’t expect it to be the authentic $300 hat…It’s a reproduction from China…And I knew that ordering, and the hat is fine

GBVery unprofessional company Very unprofessional company. They don't communicate at all. I am still waiting on my order. Then they will try to subvert paypal's system by communicating outside of it so they are not liable for their mistakes. They will also out right lie to you saying an item has shipped when it has not.

GBI ordered this hat over 2 months ago and I still haven't gotten it or my money actually I ordered two hats and I still haven't gotten my product or refund this is a bunch of b******* and bad bad busin I don't think I will deal with this company again ever ever I ordered two hats on June the 19th and to this day I haven't got a reply response or go f*** yourself or anything this is the lowest class service I have ever experienced ordering online and I hope to get my money back or my product soon I haven't even heard from this company that's pretty bad service for a hat company ....... I hope they get this message and get my product to me soon I'm going on 3 months already that's a shame. Pis poor service.

ITBe aware!!! Can't be trusted Be aware!!!! This company can't be trusted. You think you're going to buy from a USA company but payments will go to China, and this is not declared on their website. You'll never get an order number or an order tracking number, neither an order confirmation's Email. When you contact the customer service there is a bot answering with a repetitive set of answers. No phone number to call. Put all things together and you have a clear view of a looking like fraudulent company.
