GBPoor Customer ‘Service’ During a recent trip abroad, my 5 year old Skagen Connect watch failed to sync with my iPhone, despite my repeatedly refreshing the App that I had on the phone. The watch was therefore useless. On my return, I have contacted Customer ‘Service’ UK three times. Each time they said a link would be emailed to me to enable a fresh syncing. Nothing has yet happened. I have two other simple Skagen watches which are stylish and reliable. If you require Customer ‘Service’ for anything more sophisticated, it may not be forthcoming.

GBSkagen watch in for repair 3 times in 5 years… Skagen watch in for repair 3 times in 5 years. Replaced movement but movement failed again within 15 months of repair. Skagen's representative said that watch would be repaired free of charge or a replacement watch provided. This offer was rescinded after the watch was sent in for repair. They justified non repair on the basis that more than 6 months had lapsed since the previous repair. Can only strongly advise anyone looking to purchase Skagen to look elsewhere.

THBattery failed in 2 months - expensive convoluted returns process Bought Melbye Titanium in which the battery failed within a couple of months. Fossil Group have committed to change this for free [tbc], but the convolution of the process and the cost of posting and insurance etc is simply unacceptable for something that could easily be fixed in any of their numerous bricks and mortar stores OR a free returns Amazon style service. Its just poor. Wouldnt buy direct from them again. Simply not worth it.

GBSkagen Falster 3 (watch)H Skagen Falster 3 (watch)H Huge problem... this is not even 2 years old from new.. it relies for charging on a magnetic contact to dual concentric ring on underside... Unfortunately those dual rings are glued on with some crap which melts at normal skin surface temperature. so... the rings make imperfect contact.. and eventually create even more heat... eventually the watch no longer even charges... Complete rubbish... avoid!

ITDoesn't even deserve 1 star, atrocious service Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Needed new glass repair in September 2019. Paid for repair and postage and sent to fossil using their labels. Heard nothing. Chased and chased and finally in November watch returned unrepaired and, in addition, not working. Now nearly end of January 2020 and still unresolved. Cannot get an email contact for anyone in authority to complain to. Don't bother!
