Bought the watch not cheap titanium… Bought the watch not cheap titanium type. Within an hour the glass was broken. Sent for repair. Came back , 3 month later. Put the watch on . Within 1 day glass broken again. I never broke a watch glass before in 65 years. Next stop ? In the rubbish bin. NEVER AGAIN Skagen

This company sent me a watch with a… This company sent me a watch with a flat battery! No one bothered to check the watch before dispatching! I contacted customer service via email! No reply whatsoever! I replaced the battery at a cost to myself. And now the watch isn’t waterproof any longer because that would have cost an extra £30.00 on top of the £ 7.00 I paid for the battery. I will never again purchase a Skagen or fossil watch again! Because there the same company!!!

I have several pieces of Skagen… I have several pieces of Skagen jewellery and will highly recommend their products. Super quality and design and no allergy issues.

Appaling customer service Appaling customer service. Ordered a necklace, and got different style earrings instead. When complained, got told I need to send them back and wait 14 days for a refund. No attempt to rectify the situation or offer to send a replacement. Won't use again.

Declining quality of Skagen watches My view is that the quality of Skagen watches has declined considerably. The Skagen watch purchased as a present for me by my partner three years ago was less than 18 months old when the internal parts had to be replaced. Two years later, the internal parts would have to be replaced again (the second hand keeps sticking). She and I won't be buying any more Skagen watches. My other Skagen watch is more than 12 years old and is still working satisfactorily.
