AUI bought my Skagen watch from Myers… I bought my Skagen watch from Myers about 4 years ago. Since then it has need to have the battery changed twice and sent interstate for repai. Each time the cost to be including postage was approximately $70. I was advised to do this as could not change battery locally. Very disappointed with Skagen. Would never buy another one.

GBThis company sent me a watch with a… This company sent me a watch with a flat battery! No one bothered to check the watch before dispatching! I contacted customer service via email! No reply whatsoever! I replaced the battery at a cost to myself. And now the watch isn’t waterproof any longer because that would have cost an extra £30.00 on top of the £ 7.00 I paid for the battery. I will never again purchase a Skagen or fossil watch again! Because there the same company!!!

GBAppaling customer service Appaling customer service. Ordered a necklace, and got different style earrings instead. When complained, got told I need to send them back and wait 14 days for a refund. No attempt to rectify the situation or offer to send a replacement. Won't use again.

AUSkagen watches are fake. I bought a Skagen watch at Phenix Jewellery in Perth sometime around June 2017 at a special price of about $200. Approximately six months later, the watch stopped and I had to return it for repair. This has happened three more times including in the past five months. I am tossing the item into a bin. It is disappointing that such a seemingly beautiful watch is effectively dysfunctional. Thank God I have kept my Lorus watch bought for me by my ex wife back in 2007 for under $100 New Zealand. I have only ever changed its batteries and never had it repaired, even as I have swam with it in the ocean countless times. Skagen watches are deceptive. They are not worth their looks. It is all fake and heartaches. Stay way away from them.

GBSkagen watch in for repair 3 times in 5 years… Skagen watch in for repair 3 times in 5 years. Replaced movement but movement failed again within 15 months of repair. Skagen's representative said that watch would be repaired free of charge or a replacement watch provided. This offer was rescinded after the watch was sent in for repair. They justified non repair on the basis that more than 6 months had lapsed since the previous repair. Can only strongly advise anyone looking to purchase Skagen to look elsewhere.
