GBSlow delivery becomes no delivery & no refund Annual subscriber since 2020. I renewed for the third time in February 2022; made my spring box selections & just discovered this weekend that my delayed-longer-than-usual box will now never be arriving as the company has been bought out of bankruptcy by new owners who won't be honoring existing subscriptions. That's $220 for a big fat nothing as I found out way too late to claim back on my credit card. If zero stars were available I'd give that rating.

GBDefinitely Recommend The products are beautiful and the boxes are always full of wonderful surprises. If you don't want to be surprised, you can always go online and choose what you want. Anytime I've had an issue with a delivery, customer service has been amazing! I recently did not receive a box, and they shipped out another one free of charge the same day I contacted them!

GBI paid for a yearly subscription for I paid for a yearly subscription for these boxes and was enjoying the products. Then I got an email that they sold the business and my subscription is no longer valid, but asked if I’d like to sign up for ANOTHER YEAR!?!? Hahaha man this is horrible customer service and I do not trust them in anyway

GBBest subscription service! I’m always excited to open my Alltrue box and see what’s inside! I’ve never received a duplicate product because they have so many great items to choose from. The products are high quality and good value. I am impressed by Alltrue’s commitment to sustainability and supporting small businesses, particularly artisans in different parts of the world. My only subscription box because it covers everything from beauty to home decor to kitchen tools!

DEIcky... The fact that one of the original co-founders of Alltrue now is a VP for Retention Brands says it all. He lead the company into bankruptcy and continues to work for the brand through the new ownership. I never received the first box I ordered and then all of the sudden I started to get emails again from Alltrue. I was willing to give it another try but once I did some digging, a while back they filed "Assignment for the benefit of creditors" which is just a way to avoid bankruptcy, because they couldn't pay their debts. They then used the inventory, that was taken from small businesses and NEVER paid for or only partially paid for, to fill boxes under new ownership. They literally took other small businesses down with them. If they have rectified the situation or if this assumption is wrong, they need to be more transparent but I'm guessing its true and they didn't do anything to make things right. This company as well as Retention Brands just feel icky with the way they do business and I would honestly feel guilty buying from them know that they are profiting off small business they ruined.
