GBSlow delivery becomes no delivery & no refund Annual subscriber since 2020. I renewed for the third time in February 2022; made my spring box selections & just discovered this weekend that my delayed-longer-than-usual box will now never be arriving as the company has been bought out of bankruptcy by new owners who won't be honoring existing subscriptions. That's $220 for a big fat nothing as I found out way too late to claim back on my credit card. If zero stars were available I'd give that rating.

GBExcellent products and service You folks have always been very helpful if I was sent the wrong thing or something damaged. I know it seems to have been a scramble to get everything working again after the company was in limbo for a few months but I’m definitely glad you’re back. Love to see the new items in the boxes, especially the surprise option.

GBAlltrue is a Keeper I joined the subscription when it was CauseBox, so I have been with this company through some changes (including some tough times). All in all, I find Alltrue to be a really solid subscription box company. The value for the money is incredible. I like that it is just 4 times a year/seasonal. I appreciate their mission of sustainability and supporting small businesses/artisans. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because, having been with them for a while now, the inventory feels a little "stale". I look forward to seeing more new items as choices for the subscription box.

GBAvoid them if you value your $$ Paid for an annual subscription and only received 2 boxes. Logged in to find out they canceled my membership. Not too long after they sent me a renewal. I laughed so hard. They are still operating, selling products that they didn't pay their vendors for from past boxes. These scammers aren't gonna seen one more penny from me!

CAAlltrue lives up to their name Alltrue lives up to their name. They have been very open and honest with the recent acquisition. Their products are thoughtfully picked and ethically sourced. Things happen, and when I received a defective product and reached out via email, I received a very prompt response with a fair solution. Alltrue is a great value for the full size products received. My daughter and I always look forward to opening the quarterly shipments.
