Product not delivered I did not receive a product, so I called the company Looney Launcher. I was assisted by a lovely woman named “Lois”. She helped settle the issue, to my satisfaction. I believe Looney Launchers hire very courteous kind yet profession employees.

I was some cones short in my first order and contacted them and they were very accommodating and replaced with no questions asked. so, with that I ordered a 2nd order. I'm very happy with both orders and would recommend ordering from them.

Waterfall Is Nice, But... The waterfall holder is nice and works as advertised as long as there isn't any wind or air currents to divert the incense smoke. The included incense cones are low quality. The package says there are 10 different scents with varying mood/physiological effects. They are all thrown together, and I could only identify maybe 5-6 unique colors. They all smell exactly the same-not an especially desirable scent at that. Not only that, but they burn superfast. The company claims that only their cones will produce the waterfall effect, which is completely false.

I went straight on their website and… I went straight on their website and ordered seven of these for Christmas ordered them on 12/28 of last year they shipped them 12/12 of last year I still have not received them I ordered seven of them if you go on their website and order these you will not receive them when you will not get a refund do not do it. They still don't know where mine's at.

Lost but not forgotten My package was to be delivered last week. Somehow, it ended up in Florida ( I live in Kentucky ). It had to be re-directed back to Indianapolis and I am still awaiting delivery. Now, I realize this is not inscentswsterfall.com’s fault. They prepped and shipped it on time. They took my concern and listened and were very professional in a reply. It felt great feeling as though my voice was heard! This was a great customer service experience!
