Product not delivered I did not receive a product, so I called the company Looney Launcher. I was assisted by a lovely woman named “Lois”. She helped settle the issue, to my satisfaction. I believe Looney Launchers hire very courteous kind yet profession employees.

I was some cones short in my first order and contacted them and they were very accommodating and replaced with no questions asked. so, with that I ordered a 2nd order. I'm very happy with both orders and would recommend ordering from them.

Good smell! I bought this for my partner. She really enjoys burning incense; we've tried a few, but this one is really wonderful! The burner includes cone incense; I tried some and was blown away by the aroma. It produces a lot of thick smoke, yet just enough to fill the entire space with the aroma. Compared to other incense we tried, the aroma lingers longer. I strongly advise doing this.

I give them 2 stars because I really… I give them 2 stars because I really love the burner. However, I agree with a lot of the comments, all of the "scents" just smell like smoke. There are no distinct smells as advertised. I will purchase other incense as I know their cones are not the only ones that will work.
