Lost but not forgotten My package was to be delivered last week. Somehow, it ended up in Florida ( I live in Kentucky ). It had to be re-directed back to Indianapolis and I am still awaiting delivery. Now, I realize this is not inscentswsterfall.com’s fault. They prepped and shipped it on time. They took my concern and listened and were very professional in a reply. It felt great feeling as though my voice was heard! This was a great customer service experience!

SCAM - bait and switch - would not allow any cacel They added product that costs 3 times the original product with no way to remove or end the transaction process - I wrote them that second and they responded 24 hours later it was too late - I literally emailed the second I saw what they were doing. Must try! I would like to give shoutout Inscents Waterfall! Never before have I loved incense more. I can unwind while using it, and the product is fantastic! It creates a pleasant atmosphere that is conducive to rest! Has to try!

I was just looking at the product and… I was just looking at the product and accidentally ordered the invents waterfall. I immediately sent out an email. The email gave me options of returning the item once I received it or keeping it and they would give me more cones! So I decided to keep it. I totally love the inscents waterfall, it is awesome during meditation or listening to music calming to watch.

Good smell! I bought this for my partner. She really enjoys burning incense; we've tried a few, but this one is really wonderful! The burner includes cone incense; I tried some and was blown away by the aroma. It produces a lot of thick smoke, yet just enough to fill the entire space with the aroma. Compared to other incense we tried, the aroma lingers longer. I strongly advise doing this.
