When I contacted Inscents Waterfall to initiate a return, they blocked me! Very poor customer service despite the easy return policy they advertise.

SCAM - bait and switch - would not allow any cacel They added product that costs 3 times the original product with no way to remove or end the transaction process - I wrote them that second and they responded 24 hours later it was too late - I literally emailed the second I saw what they were doing. I was just looking at the product and… I was just looking at the product and accidentally ordered the invents waterfall. I immediately sent out an email. The email gave me options of returning the item once I received it or keeping it and they would give me more cones! So I decided to keep it. I totally love the inscents waterfall, it is awesome during meditation or listening to music calming to watch.

No fragrance other than burning wood. All the cones are together in one bag. So many are so close in color that you can't tell which is which. I burned one and all it smells like is burning wood. There is no fragrance whatsoever. I would not recommend this product.
