I went straight on their website and… I went straight on their website and ordered seven of these for Christmas ordered them on 12/28 of last year they shipped them 12/12 of last year I still have not received them I ordered seven of them if you go on their website and order these you will not receive them when you will not get a refund do not do it. They still don't know where mine's at.

I was just looking at the product and… I was just looking at the product and accidentally ordered the invents waterfall. I immediately sent out an email. The email gave me options of returning the item once I received it or keeping it and they would give me more cones! So I decided to keep it. I totally love the inscents waterfall, it is awesome during meditation or listening to music calming to watch.

Highly stratified with my order Highly stratified with my order. I was some cones short in my first order and contacted them and they were very accommodating and replaced with no questions asked. so, with that I ordered a 2nd order. I'm very happy with both orders and would recommend ordering from them.

No fragrance other than burning wood. All the cones are together in one bag. So many are so close in color that you can't tell which is which. I burned one and all it smells like is burning wood. There is no fragrance whatsoever. I would not recommend this product.
