Product not delivered I did not receive a product, so I called the company Looney Launcher. I was assisted by a lovely woman named “Lois”. She helped settle the issue, to my satisfaction. I believe Looney Launchers hire very courteous kind yet profession employees.

Aromatic scent! Beautiful ceramic burner! I like the cones comes with the package. It has really good flow of smoke that makes the room smells so good. It really smells amazing! It helps me relaz after tiring day. This promotes and improve mental health status because it produce aromatic smells.

Ordered waterfall on 9/26 Ordered waterfall on 9/26. Customer service was helpful in removing additional charges. However product not received as of this date. Tracking number comes up with nothing. Unable to reach company via email or phone. Amazing that they are still pushing their product on tv

I give them 2 stars because I really… I give them 2 stars because I really love the burner. However, I agree with a lot of the comments, all of the "scents" just smell like smoke. There are no distinct smells as advertised. I will purchase other incense as I know their cones are not the only ones that will work.

I was just looking at the product and… I was just looking at the product and accidentally ordered the invents waterfall. I immediately sent out an email. The email gave me options of returning the item once I received it or keeping it and they would give me more cones! So I decided to keep it. I totally love the inscents waterfall, it is awesome during meditation or listening to music calming to watch.
