When I contacted Inscents Waterfall to initiate a return, they blocked me! Very poor customer service despite the easy return policy they advertise.

Beneficial for mental health The waterfall has cute design. It includes scented cones, which I absolutely liked and truly enjoyed! The fragrances fill our room with a pleasant aroma. This aromatic experience makes me relax and calm which helps me focus on work. By using the aroma of the lightning cone, I can reduce my stress. This product is worth buying and beneficial to mental health.

Ordered waterfall on 9/26 Ordered waterfall on 9/26. Customer service was helpful in removing additional charges. However product not received as of this date. Tracking number comes up with nothing. Unable to reach company via email or phone. Amazing that they are still pushing their product on tv

I was just looking at the product and… I was just looking at the product and accidentally ordered the invents waterfall. I immediately sent out an email. The email gave me options of returning the item once I received it or keeping it and they would give me more cones! So I decided to keep it. I totally love the inscents waterfall, it is awesome during meditation or listening to music calming to watch.

Good smell! I bought this for my partner. She really enjoys burning incense; we've tried a few, but this one is really wonderful! The burner includes cone incense; I tried some and was blown away by the aroma. It produces a lot of thick smoke, yet just enough to fill the entire space with the aroma. Compared to other incense we tried, the aroma lingers longer. I strongly advise doing this.
