Unethical, Dishonest and Fraudulent I would give these suckers negative stars if there was such a thing. 1) they overcharged me 2) it was one of my wife's Christmas gifts and it smelled like nothing but smoke when we tried it out even though they claim to use 100% all natural ingredients that create a fruity aroma 3) granted, i ordered SLIGHTLY 2 months before Cmas, which did put me outside the time frame of their return policy, but i emailed them ASAP for a refund (only a day or 2 late) and they refused. Theyre a bunch of gypsy crooks and yall need to steer clear.

No fragrance other than burning wood. All the cones are together in one bag. So many are so close in color that you can't tell which is which. I burned one and all it smells like is burning wood. There is no fragrance whatsoever. I would not recommend this product.

When I contacted Inscents Waterfall to initiate a return, they blocked me! Very poor customer service despite the easy return policy they advertise.

Beneficial for mental health The waterfall has cute design. It includes scented cones, which I absolutely liked and truly enjoyed! The fragrances fill our room with a pleasant aroma. This aromatic experience makes me relax and calm which helps me focus on work. By using the aroma of the lightning cone, I can reduce my stress. This product is worth buying and beneficial to mental health.
