Unethical, Dishonest and Fraudulent I would give these suckers negative stars if there was such a thing. 1) they overcharged me 2) it was one of my wife's Christmas gifts and it smelled like nothing but smoke when we tried it out even though they claim to use 100% all natural ingredients that create a fruity aroma 3) granted, i ordered SLIGHTLY 2 months before Cmas, which did put me outside the time frame of their return policy, but i emailed them ASAP for a refund (only a day or 2 late) and they refused. Theyre a bunch of gypsy crooks and yall need to steer clear.

Must try! I would like to give shoutout Inscents Waterfall! Never before have I loved incense more. I can unwind while using it, and the product is fantastic! It creates a pleasant atmosphere that is conducive to rest! Has to try!

I give them 2 stars because I really… I give them 2 stars because I really love the burner. However, I agree with a lot of the comments, all of the "scents" just smell like smoke. There are no distinct smells as advertised. I will purchase other incense as I know their cones are not the only ones that will work.
