DO NOT ORDER FROM INSCENTS WATERFALL DO NOT ORDER FROM INSCENTS WATERFALL! I ordered several units for gifts for a family party, but due a family death the party was cancelled. When I contacted Inscents Waterfall to initiate a return, they blocked me! Very poor customer service despite the easy return policy they advertise.

Cool! I initially thought the incense diffuser was a lovely little thing, but it also came with 100 free essential oil cones and a plant base. Although each cone has an own aroma, they all smell delicious and will help you unwind. Compared to other incense that I tried, the aroma lingers longer. Must try!

No fragrance other than burning wood. All the cones are together in one bag. So many are so close in color that you can't tell which is which. I burned one and all it smells like is burning wood. There is no fragrance whatsoever. I would not recommend this product.

I was just looking at the product and… I was just looking at the product and accidentally ordered the invents waterfall. I immediately sent out an email. The email gave me options of returning the item once I received it or keeping it and they would give me more cones! So I decided to keep it. I totally love the inscents waterfall, it is awesome during meditation or listening to music calming to watch.

Unethical, Dishonest and Fraudulent I would give these suckers negative stars if there was such a thing. 1) they overcharged me 2) it was one of my wife's Christmas gifts and it smelled like nothing but smoke when we tried it out even though they claim to use 100% all natural ingredients that create a fruity aroma 3) granted, i ordered SLIGHTLY 2 months before Cmas, which did put me outside the time frame of their return policy, but i emailed them ASAP for a refund (only a day or 2 late) and they refused. Theyre a bunch of gypsy crooks and yall need to steer clear.
