Unethical, Dishonest and Fraudulent I would give these suckers negative stars if there was such a thing. 1) they overcharged me 2) it was one of my wife's Christmas gifts and it smelled like nothing but smoke when we tried it out even though they claim to use 100% all natural ingredients that create a fruity aroma 3) granted, i ordered SLIGHTLY 2 months before Cmas, which did put me outside the time frame of their return policy, but i emailed them ASAP for a refund (only a day or 2 late) and they refused. Theyre a bunch of gypsy crooks and yall need to steer clear.

Big disappointment! The quality of the ceramic is terrible! Lots of bad areas, missed coloring and jagged edges in the ceramic, (looks cheap), is not as the photo. The different scent cones are not individually packed, the cones come all together in the same bag mixing and killing the individual scents (all cones are JUST SMOKEY smelling incense ). Bummed with spending my money on this product. Nothing relaxing about it! Just a smoke filled room and the irritation that the description of this product is NOT WHAT THEY SAY! DO NOT ORDER THIS PIECE OF JUNK! Not even a smooth smoke flow downward to represent the effect of a waterfall, it falls terribly short. What a disappointment ! Junk, junk, junk!

Try now! My favorite way of releasing my stress away. Each order comes with the incense stream itself and 100 incense cones that has different scent and has different calming effects. This really helps me to release my stress and gives me good sleep at night. Worth a try!

Lost but not forgotten My package was to be delivered last week. Somehow, it ended up in Florida ( I live in Kentucky ). It had to be re-directed back to Indianapolis and I am still awaiting delivery. Now, I realize this is not inscentswsterfall.com’s fault. They prepped and shipped it on time. They took my concern and listened and were very professional in a reply. It felt great feeling as though my voice was heard! This was a great customer service experience!

Waterfall Is Nice, But... The waterfall holder is nice and works as advertised as long as there isn't any wind or air currents to divert the incense smoke. The included incense cones are low quality. The package says there are 10 different scents with varying mood/physiological effects. They are all thrown together, and I could only identify maybe 5-6 unique colors. They all smell exactly the same-not an especially desirable scent at that. Not only that, but they burn superfast. The company claims that only their cones will produce the waterfall effect, which is completely false.
