Beware! Beware!! The WORST company I ever had to deal with! My package was delivered to another address. I Contacted FedEx. They told me to contact the company. So I did. The company wanted to charge me to track my package! It was a nightmare! Neither FedEx nor this company would help me. I will never purchase from this horrible customer service company again. So beware. If you don’t get your package, they don’t care. They will keep your money and charge you more to try to find it.

I purchased a refurbished Shark… I purchased a refurbished Shark Navigator vacuum cleaner only to find out when it arrived it was a vacuum used for upholstery, bare floors and carpet. I didn’t need this type of vacuum so I asked for a refund. No problem except I have to pay for shipping. Shipping is more than 1/2 the cost of the vacuum!! Not fair at all!! Very unhappy!!
