REFUND ON AN ITEM THAT DIDN'T WORK I didn't have my order # to give because I had placed so many orders for Christmas and couldn't tell which one was for the item I was needing to return. She was very quick to respond with just needing a little more information. When I first started the whole thing with having to return this, I was worried about even being able to return and get my money back so this was a big help.

Great Customer Service… I ordered a product that was promptly delivered, however one of the items was a different color then I had ordered. I contacted their customer service that evening (Friday) and by morning (Saturday) I had a reply. Ashley was quick to resolve the issue. Polite, professional, and efficient.
