GBGreat Customer Service⦠I ordered a product that was promptly delivered, however one of the items was a different color then I had ordered. I contacted their customer service that evening (Friday) and by morning (Saturday) I had a reply. Ashley was quick to resolve the issue. Polite, professional, and efficient. Good customer service is like a purring cat: attentive, calming, and leaving you feeling content.

GBCaitlin (Mercatalyst) resolved my issue I had ordered 99 Kind Bars thru morningsave.com & when I received them, the package was damaged in transit & 29 of the bars were lost. I contacted the seller & sent them some pictures of the damaged product. Although they could not replace the missing product, they did give me a credit on my account. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

GBI received a product from MorningSave⦠I received a product from MorningSave and the box was broken and was compromised and taped over with clear tape. I opened opposite end and discovered the incorrect manual, damaged accessory that was deliberately cut. Marvin from Merecast was very helpful and professional. I took the pictures and sent in for review. A refund was issued to my credit card. I have been doing business with MorningSave for many years with no issues. I totally recommend MorninSave.
