Quick Customer Service I recently had duplicated an order and missed the window to cancel online. CS responded quickly and canceled the order and issued a refund. A lot of businesses these days don’t put as much effort into helping a customer cancel and order, they prefer for it to go out and get billed, then let the customer deal with the return and possible freight charge. Thank you very much for making this simple for me.

I purchased a refurbished Shark… I purchased a refurbished Shark Navigator vacuum cleaner only to find out when it arrived it was a vacuum used for upholstery, bare floors and carpet. I didn’t need this type of vacuum so I asked for a refund. No problem except I have to pay for shipping. Shipping is more than 1/2 the cost of the vacuum!! Not fair at all!! Very unhappy!! Caitlin (Mercatalyst) resolved my issue I had ordered 99 Kind Bars thru morningsave.com & when I received them, the package was damaged in transit & 29 of the bars were lost. I contacted the seller & sent them some pictures of the damaged product. Although they could not replace the missing product, they did give me a credit on my account. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Beware! Beware!! The WORST company I ever had to deal with! My package was delivered to another address. I Contacted FedEx. They told me to contact the company. So I did. The company wanted to charge me to track my package! It was a nightmare! Neither FedEx nor this company would help me. I will never purchase from this horrible customer service company again. So beware. If you don’t get your package, they don’t care. They will keep your money and charge you more to try to find it.
