Great Customer Service… I ordered a product that was promptly delivered, however one of the items was a different color then I had ordered. I contacted their customer service that evening (Friday) and by morning (Saturday) I had a reply. Ashley was quick to resolve the issue. Polite, professional, and efficient. Good customer service is like a purring cat: attentive, calming, and leaving you feeling content.

Happy with Vanity Mirror :) I originally ordered the Sharper Image SpaStudio 10” LED Vanity Mirror with Built-In Storage Trays for myself and my sister (Christmas gifts). I was very impressed with the quality, size of the mirror, convenient storage trays and awesome lighting. I was very happy with this purchase that I decided to order two more for my twin granddaughters. Truly an excellent purchase and to give as gifts as well! I was trying to place an order on Feb. 15th but kept receiving an error message that I needed to try again later. This happened multiple times but I was finally able to place the order and received an acknowledgment for the order. However, I then discovered that I received TWO order acknowledgments. I quickly sent an email to the appropriate email address provided and received a response from Nick the next morning indicating that he was able to cancel the duplicate order. I am very grateful for Nick’s assistance!
