GBDefective item with favorable outcome I received a steamer from Meh! late November to give as a Christmas present. It had a 90 day warranty with it. The person I gave it to didn't try it out until late February. While it heated up, it would not produce any steam. I immediately contacted customer support explaining the situation. I honestly didn't expect a favorable outcome, but Ashley W. responded quickly and I was told that I was completely refunded. I would have loved to get a replacement, but due to the nature of the business model, I understand why that option wasn't available. Ive done business with them since before they were Meh! and never had an issue with anything I purchased. This experience has given me faith in my experience with this company. Thank you Ashley W.

GBI purchased a defective item and I was… I purchased a defective item and I was not sure I would get help . But I did!! CJ emailed me a shipping label and return code and I should be receiving a refund! Easy and wow.. great customer service! Thank you!!

GBI purchased a refurbished Shark… I purchased a refurbished Shark Navigator vacuum cleaner only to find out when it arrived it was a vacuum used for upholstery, bare floors and carpet. I didn’t need this type of vacuum so I asked for a refund. No problem except I have to pay for shipping. Shipping is more than 1/2 the cost of the vacuum!! Not fair at all!! Very unhappy!! GBI received a product from MorningSave… I received a product from MorningSave and the box was broken and was compromised and taped over with clear tape. I opened opposite end and discovered the incorrect manual, damaged accessory that was deliberately cut. Marvin from Merecast was very helpful and professional. I took the pictures and sent in for review. A refund was issued to my credit card. I have been doing business with MorningSave for many years with no issues. I totally recommend MorninSave.
