GBI received a product from MorningSave… I received a product from MorningSave and the box was broken and was compromised and taped over with clear tape. I opened opposite end and discovered the incorrect manual, damaged accessory that was deliberately cut. Marvin from Merecast was very helpful and professional. I took the pictures and sent in for review. A refund was issued to my credit card. I have been doing business with MorningSave for many years with no issues. I totally recommend MorninSave.

GBGreat Service! I have always had great service from Morning Save. This past order, i made an error and forgot to add my discount code. I quickly sent a note into Morning Save asking if it was too late. Jackie from Morning save responded promptly and had cancelled my order and sent me an email with instructions to resubmit the order and to add the discount code. This was very nice of her to do that!

GBThese people are rip off criminals do… These people are rip off criminals do not do business here ever. Go ahead but good luck getting in touch with them after they rip you off. If you have to rip people off maybe you should consider a different line of work.

GBREFUND ON AN ITEM THAT DIDN'T WORK I didn't have my order # to give because I had placed so many orders for Christmas and couldn't tell which one was for the item I was needing to return. She was very quick to respond with just needing a little more information. When I first started the whole thing with having to return this, I was worried about even being able to return and get my money back so this was a big help.
