Caitlin (Mercatalyst) resolved my issue I had ordered 99 Kind Bars thru morningsave.com & when I received them, the package was damaged in transit & 29 of the bars were lost. I contacted the seller & sent them some pictures of the damaged product. Although they could not replace the missing product, they did give me a credit on my account. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Beware! Beware!! The WORST company I ever had to deal with! My package was delivered to another address. I Contacted FedEx. They told me to contact the company. So I did. The company wanted to charge me to track my package! It was a nightmare! Neither FedEx nor this company would help me. I will never purchase from this horrible customer service company again. So beware. If you don’t get your package, they don’t care. They will keep your money and charge you more to try to find it.

Quick Customer Service I recently had duplicated an order and missed the window to cancel online. CS responded quickly and canceled the order and issued a refund. A lot of businesses these days don’t put as much effort into helping a customer cancel and order, they prefer for it to go out and get billed, then let the customer deal with the return and possible freight charge. Thank you very much for making this simple for me.

Great Service! I have always had great service from Morning Save. This past order, i made an error and forgot to add my discount code. I quickly sent a note into Morning Save asking if it was too late. Jackie from Morning save responded promptly and had cancelled my order and sent me an email with instructions to resubmit the order and to add the discount code. This was very nice of her to do that!
