GBREFUND ON AN ITEM THAT DIDN'T WORK I didn't have my order # to give because I had placed so many orders for Christmas and couldn't tell which one was for the item I was needing to return. She was very quick to respond with just needing a little more information. When I first started the whole thing with having to return this, I was worried about even being able to return and get my money back so this was a big help.

GBHappy with Vanity Mirror :) I originally ordered the Sharper Image SpaStudio 10” LED Vanity Mirror with Built-In Storage Trays for myself and my sister (Christmas gifts). I was very impressed with the quality, size of the mirror, convenient storage trays and awesome lighting. I was very happy with this purchase that I decided to order two more for my twin granddaughters. Truly an excellent purchase and to give as gifts as well! Also, Caitlan was very professional and was able to promptly assist me with my question. :)

GBCaitlin (Mercatalyst) resolved my issue I had ordered 99 Kind Bars thru morningsave.com & when I received them, the package was damaged in transit & 29 of the bars were lost. I contacted the seller & sent them some pictures of the damaged product. Although they could not replace the missing product, they did give me a credit on my account. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
