Defective item with favorable outcome I received a steamer from Meh! late November to give as a Christmas present. It had a 90 day warranty with it. The person I gave it to didn't try it out until late February. While it heated up, it would not produce any steam. I immediately contacted customer support explaining the situation. I honestly didn't expect a favorable outcome, but Ashley W. responded quickly and I was told that I was completely refunded. I would have loved to get a replacement, but due to the nature of the business model, I understand why that option wasn't available. Ive done business with them since before they were Meh! and never had an issue with anything I purchased. This experience has given me faith in my experience with this company. Thank you Ashley W.

Rapid Response and Respected Ashely W. With Morning Save went above and beyond to refund my account for a product that was mislabeled or wrongly packaged. The MOST professional representation I have seen over email for the mere fact Ashely responded fast and with tact. Treated me as a person not a number. WOW! Return of product I wrote them I wanted to return an item I ordered because I was dissatisfied with it. Angela replied to my email almost immediately and credited my account with the amount of the purchase. I did not even have to return the item. Amazing service.
