So disappointed with the service from… So disappointed with the service from Phillis at Big Apple Buddy. Back in February I ordered a handbag with her & after months of delay the item never got delivered. I requested a refund..... I have niw recieved 3 demands from FEDEX for a payment of customs charges for an item I never recieved. After many emails & calls this is still not resolved. ....I would not recommend this company...

They were also really making sure that everything was fine with my order by even doing aftersales service and writing an email to check up on us if we are satisfied with the service and the product! :-) Very nice, keep on doing business like this guys, you are a positive example for everyone out there. Broken Item Delivered and Terrible After Service Purchased a google nest bell (2 Gen). Never worked. They offered a replacement but I had to return at my own cost and then pay the cost of the delivery of the replacement. That would have been over $150, so I’m stuck with a new broken bell!! Gangsters! Stay away.

Great service, great product! I bought a pair of Under Armour Charged Impulse 2 Women's trainers and they arrived promptly (even with covid shipping delays in Australia!) and packed securely. Great range of trainers and would shop at Big Apple Buddy again. Follow up email and tracking of delivery was great. Being an Australian customer, I would recommend buying from BAB if you don’t live in the US.

Highly recommended! First time user of BAB and I received my Logitech MX Mini in US layout today. Very nice service at a decent price, effortless ordering system, frequent updates, really fast shipping, friendly customer service. I need some things from the US from time to time but it has always been a real pain to be able to get them here. I will no longer be searching for those things on eBay or Amazon anymore but will simply order straight from BAB in the future. Highly recommended!
