Great service for that one item that you absolutely must have I was looking for a Tumi backpack which Tumi does not sell in Europe. But through Big Apple Buddy I was able to buy it and it was delivered in excellent condition through FedEx. Luckily the bag itself was being sold at a hefty discount because the handling and shipping costs are not cheap. Of course, that's the price for ordering overseas and they are clearly mentioned upfront on their site before you order. I knew what I was getting into. From their communication and the included personal note you can also tell the service is run by people that care. Even after the item has been delivered, they checked to see if everything is in order.

Needed Beats Fit Pro as a Christmas… Needed Beats Fit Pro as a Christmas present. Could only get them from USA. Ordered Thursday and received an email confirming Monday delivery. I was sceptical this would happen - but it did! I was impressed and then to receive a personal email asking if everything was OK was even more impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend Big Apple Buddy. Exceptional customer service in my view and will use again.

Overall Excellent My order arrived in good condition. Given this item is both highly price inflated and wont be available for many months in Thailand, this was well worth BAB's service charge. The item was arrived a little slower than expected, but this is not unusual for a brand new VR set 2 days after initial release in the US. Customer service was courteous, prompt, and helpful.
