Best on-line shopping experience This was the best on-line shopping experience I have ever had. December 24 I ordered a Michael Kors puffer on sale at Macy’s and today less than a week later it arrived to me in Sweden. This period included Christmas days so really amazing! It is probably not the cheapest way of buying products from US, but I gladly pay every dollar for this superb, highly efficient and safe handling. Extra plus for the handwritten note from Phillis-a state of the art in custumer service! I will definitely use BAB again.

Broken Item Delivered and Terrible After Service Purchased a google nest bell (2 Gen). Never worked. They offered a replacement but I had to return at my own cost and then pay the cost of the delivery of the replacement. That would have been over $150, so I’m stuck with a new broken bell!! Gangsters! Stay away.

Great service, great product! I bought a pair of Under Armour Charged Impulse 2 Women's trainers and they arrived promptly (even with covid shipping delays in Australia!) and packed securely. Great range of trainers and would shop at Big Apple Buddy again. Follow up email and tracking of delivery was great. Being an Australian customer, I would recommend buying from BAB if you don’t live in the US.

Expensive service fees Expensive service fees for a product I can get direct from Razer today and they don't give an option for USA when I try to select my country for shipping. I do think some products would be worth it like the new graphics cards when they get them but God knows what the service fee for those will be.
