Highly recommended! First time user of BAB and I received my Logitech MX Mini in US layout today. Very nice service at a decent price, effortless ordering system, frequent updates, really fast shipping, friendly customer service. I need some things from the US from time to time but it has always been a real pain to be able to get them here. I will no longer be searching for those things on eBay or Amazon anymore but will simply order straight from BAB in the future. Highly recommended!

Great service for that one item that you absolutely must have I was looking for a Tumi backpack which Tumi does not sell in Europe. But through Big Apple Buddy I was able to buy it and it was delivered in excellent condition through FedEx. Luckily the bag itself was being sold at a hefty discount because the handling and shipping costs are not cheap. Of course, that's the price for ordering overseas and they are clearly mentioned upfront on their site before you order. I knew what I was getting into. From their communication and the included personal note you can also tell the service is run by people that care. Even after the item has been delivered, they checked to see if everything is in order.

Expensive service fees Expensive service fees for a product I can get direct from Razer today and they don't give an option for USA when I try to select my country for shipping. I do think some products would be worth it like the new graphics cards when they get them but God knows what the service fee for those will be.

Back in February I ordered a handbag with her & after months of delay the item never got delivered. I requested a refund..... I have niw recieved 3 demands from FEDEX for a payment of customs charges for an item I never recieved. After many emails & calls this is still not resolved. ....I would not recommend this company...

Best on-line shopping experience This was the best on-line shopping experience I have ever had. December 24 I ordered a Michael Kors puffer on sale at Macy’s and today less than a week later it arrived to me in Sweden. This period included Christmas days so really amazing! It is probably not the cheapest way of buying products from US, but I gladly pay every dollar for this superb, highly efficient and safe handling. Extra plus for the handwritten note from Phillis-a state of the art in custumer service! I will definitely use BAB again.
