Cost efficient and everything arrived safely Bought from them and I was a little scared whether or not my stuff would arrive safely but it was all fine. Bear in mind it DOES take a while if you're going to get a k-packet in comparison to DHL. I didn't mind waiting for too long as they don't overcharge for their items or have fake sales like some other websites I've had to deal with. One piece of feedback I want to give to testerkorea is to have more detailed product descriptions. It does get a little tiring scouring the web for ingredients and how-to-use posts. Definitely going to order again since the site is well-priced and based in Korea.

No customer service but product did arrive a few months late *read until end for update The product got held up at customs requiring certificates for import, but the company would not reply to any attempts to contact them to provide those certificates (I know certificates for these products exist, I just couldn't get them anywhere). They still haven't replied weeks after the products have been returned to them and haven't given me my money back either. Update: Never received any communication from them but somehow they managed to get the product here through another country. Took a few months, but I guess that deserves at least 2 stars since the product eventually did arrive.

Terrible customer service - damaged goods and no answer in over 5 weeks! My products came damaged due to poor packaging, I have try to contact them several times, sent around 5 reminders, and in more than 5 weeks nobody reached out to me to explain. A serum leaked all over the products and cannot be used, and a sunscreen from Misha arrived with mold, absolutely disgusting! Additionally, I was also taxed as they changed the delivery method without informing me before. This was my second purchase, I did believe the store was serious. Well, they are not. I should've spent my money in a more trustworthy store like yesstyle. NEVER AGAIN!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
