Once again Once again, the wait time before the pack has even been sent out was terrible, about two weeks, but at least I got an apology. The range here is great for when you're looking for something you can't find much else, and they even let customers request items which I personally find very convenient.

Amazing customer service! Read why.. This is an amazing store! Why? 1) They find the item with the lowest price and buy it for you. 99% of the goods are always in stock, if the goods need to be purchased specifically for you, there is a special mark that warns you about this. 2) They have an amazing customer service. I ordered goods to Turkey, but I did not know that cosmetics cannot be imported to Turkey. As a result, the TesterKorea store helped with the return of the goods back to Korea and sent it to my friends in another country. What store would do that for a customer? Nobody! Those people who complain that the goods were sent to them for a long time apparently do not understand the symbols on the site and ordered something rare. They could easily refuse a rare position in the order. I liked the store very much, I recommend!

Horrible, never again! Horrible - every time half of the items are sold out, although shows it as "in stock". Then they refund in "points", refusing to refund to original payment method, so I have to buy again and everything is sold out again - complete lack of customer service and so much hassle. Shipping is expensive. Will not order again, please avoid them if you can! Yesstyle was perfect service and arrived in a week.

Terrible customer service - damaged goods and no answer in over 5 weeks! My products came damaged due to poor packaging, I have try to contact them several times, sent around 5 reminders, and in more than 5 weeks nobody reached out to me to explain. A serum leaked all over the products and cannot be used, and a sunscreen from Misha arrived with mold, absolutely disgusting! Additionally, I was also taxed as they changed the delivery method without informing me before. This was my second purchase, I did believe the store was serious. Well, they are not. I should've spent my money in a more trustworthy store like yesstyle. NEVER AGAIN!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
