Face mask order to the UK Ordered some KF94 facemasks that you cannot find here in the UK. Received my order after two weeks. Order was complete and included free face masks that i was told i would get. Overall, I am very happy with my experience dealing with this South Korean company.

Very unpleasant experience Hello! I received a parcel from Tester Korea today. Even thought the items I bought are very nice, I had a very bad experience. Unfortunately, I had to pay €50 and collect some paperwork for customs clearance in my country Latvia. I bought 6 items: two compact powders, one eye pad pack, mascara, eye liner and eye brow kit. I paid for it around €80, plus €50 for customs clearance. I don't think it was worth it. My country Latvia is steeling from citizens, and that is very sad... I won't be buying from you in the future anymore, because I have to go through so much hustle and headache to receive my parcel. I think that it could be cheaper and more pleasant for customers if Tester Korea could include customs fee in their service.

But the preparation time is very long, sometimes the products are out of stock but you don't know until you already ordered them. And they never offer shipping costs, in fact it just gets more expensive the more you buy.

Horrible, never again! Horrible - every time half of the items are sold out, although shows it as "in stock". Then they refund in "points", refusing to refund to original payment method, so I have to buy again and everything is sold out again - complete lack of customer service and so much hassle. Shipping is expensive. Will not order again, please avoid them if you can! Yesstyle was perfect service and arrived in a week.

But after all, the order arrived safely and they also gave me some good samples to test. I will definitely order again from tersterkorea!
