Very unpleasant experience Hello! I received a parcel from Tester Korea today. Even thought the items I bought are very nice, I had a very bad experience. Unfortunately, I had to pay €50 and collect some paperwork for customs clearance in my country Latvia. I bought 6 items: two compact powders, one eye pad pack, mascara, eye liner and eye brow kit. I paid for it around €80, plus €50 for customs clearance. I don't think it was worth it. My country Latvia is steeling from citizens, and that is very sad... I won't be buying from you in the future anymore, because I have to go through so much hustle and headache to receive my parcel. I think that it could be cheaper and more pleasant for customers if Tester Korea could include customs fee in their service.

The products are 100% genuine at the very low cost compared to local stores. Packaging were excellent, customer service were exceptional. I will definitely buy from testerkorea again
