Bought 2 of these electric scooters for… Bought 2 of these electric scooters for Christmas. One for my 11 year old son and one for my husband. It is perfect for both the speed adjustment modes make it so both can ride at their own levers. They were shopped and delivered super quick and the directions were easy to follow. The only two things I had an issue with were, I purchased one seat for my son to start out with. When my husband installed it it only lasted a day before the screws stripped out of where they screw into the other problem I had was the cable for one of the headlights pulled out of the lights:/ both things will probably be not too hard of a fix. About a week after delivery we received a complementary helmet with a bag and water bottle which was super awesome.

Definitely worth it After having trouble with a promo code I emailed isinwheel customer support. Someone responded within a few minutes correcting the error. I immediately bought the scooter I wanted. My friends all spoke very highly of the brand so I wanted to see for myself. I was not disappointed. My package arrived quickly. You can feel that the scooter is well built and durable. I was very excited. The only downside I faced was the app was not working at the time for me change a few settings. Otherwise seamless and exceptional!

TERRIBLE customer service Customer service sends repeated emails asking for information already sent, emails for reviews when they haven’t completed the service etc. Everytime I’ve emailed with an issue, they are always on “Holiday” and this time they couldn’t help me because they are remodeling their warehouse?! They do not honor their warranty and instead try to convince customers to accept $30 to repair at local shop and then sent ONE brake versus all the parts needed. They also sent NO instructions and said they do not have the wiring needed and asked if I could buy it locally. Ridiculous!

I love our e-bikes I love our e-bikes. We ordered two- one white one black, one arrived within a week, the second one a few days later- We didn't want to spend a fortune but wanted quality. We researched many e-bikes and decided on the Isinwheele-USA brand. The instructions were easy to understand, good quality, sturdy build super bright headlight and tail light. I especially wanted a bike with fenders and a "luggage rack", these had both. I would totally reorder from this company.

Remarkable scooter My son who was turning 13, wanted to get an Isinwheel scooter on his b'day. He chose the Isinwheel iX3 scooter which was surely an amazing scooter, but it was too heavy for him. When we told them after kind of 3months about this, Isinwheel people were kind to understand the situation & replace it for us. Terrific scooter, great service. I am impressed 👍
