Very fast The skateboard I got is easy to use and wayyy faster than im comfortable going! I can do about 12, 13 mph and thats barely using the throttle, so impressive power. The controller is simple to use and the brake function is something I wish my standard skateboards had. Time will tell about longevity of the board, but ive put a few miles on it so far before the weather got too cold. Looking forward to this coming spring and summer with the board.

I love my raptor pro but unfortunately… I love my raptor pro but unfortunately I had to send it back due to damage on arrival. Everything on it is prefect, talk to customer support and they r currently working on getting my replacement, I’m patient just ready to ride again knowing I ant gotta worry about lights. Customer support been extremely helpful

Definitely worth it After having trouble with a promo code I emailed isinwheel customer support. Someone responded within a few minutes correcting the error. I immediately bought the scooter I wanted. My friends all spoke very highly of the brand so I wanted to see for myself. I was not disappointed. My package arrived quickly. You can feel that the scooter is well built and durable. I was very excited. The only downside I faced was the app was not working at the time for me change a few settings. Otherwise seamless and exceptional!

Awful customer service We bought the scooter for our son's birthday in February. Three weeks later it stopped working. Countless emails and phone calls and videos later they sent us a replacement part they deemed to be the solution. No instructions on how to replace just a piece in a bag. That was not in fact the problem and three months later his gift still does not work. Not they are closed for some holiday I'm. Not aware of for the next 4 days. Awful customer service.

S9 500 max maiden ride Very stable and comfortable ride. Easy to fold and unfold with a weight that is relatively easy to handle for loading and unloading from my vehicule.
