GBAwful customer service We bought the scooter for our son's birthday in February. Three weeks later it stopped working. Countless emails and phone calls and videos later they sent us a replacement part they deemed to be the solution. No instructions on how to replace just a piece in a bag. That was not in fact the problem and three months later his gift still does not work. Not they are closed for some holiday I'm. Not aware of for the next 4 days. Awful customer service.

GBI love our e-bikes I love our e-bikes. We ordered two- one white one black, one arrived within a week, the second one a few days later- We didn't want to spend a fortune but wanted quality. We researched many e-bikes and decided on the Isinwheele-USA brand. The instructions were easy to understand, good quality, sturdy build super bright headlight and tail light. I especially wanted a bike with fenders and a "luggage rack", these had both. I would totally reorder from this company.

GBReliable, affordable Isinwheel is a great company and my GT2 scooter has been great! It’s also a great bang for my buck! Even if I have issues, they have been quick to respond and help me out! Highly recommend their products!!!

GBBought 2 of these electric scooters for… Bought 2 of these electric scooters for Christmas. One for my 11 year old son and one for my husband. It is perfect for both the speed adjustment modes make it so both can ride at their own levers. They were shopped and delivered super quick and the directions were easy to follow. The only two things I had an issue with were, I purchased one seat for my son to start out with. When my husband installed it it only lasted a day before the screws stripped out of where they screw into the other problem I had was the cable for one of the headlights pulled out of the lights:/ both things will probably be not too hard of a fix. About a week after delivery we received a complementary helmet with a bag and water bottle which was super awesome.

GBHappy with GT2 and customer support I purchased a GT2 and had a couple slight issues once assembled. I emailed support and they sent me instructions to correct and all went well. They even followed up to make sure we were good. The scooter is awesome and totally recommend it, especially if you plan on riding off pavement for any reason.
