Isinwheel GT2 Speed Issue Ran into an issue with my scooter only going 15.5 mph. Contacted support and they responded quickly. They told me what to do and gave me the reason why my speed was slow and not the recommended top speed. I done exactly what support told me and wow it work perfectly. Thanks Isinwheel support. I’m one happy customer.

Purchased a Christmas gift for my… Purchased a Christmas gift for my daughter, opened on Christmas Day and it was a dud. Lights wouldn’t work nothing, I contacted the company, talked with them over a few email and they sent a replacement scooter right away and it works better than ever. I’m very pleased with the customer service as well as the product.

Terrible Experience Do not do business with this company. The first scooter I purchased was dead on arrival and had to be replaced. The replacement scooter after working for awhile is now completely inoperable. For 6 months Isinwheel has run me around with repair attempts that have all failed and absurd proposals to replace the scooter. The outcome is trashing the scooter and going with a different brand

Reliable, affordable Isinwheel is a great company and my GT2 scooter has been great! It’s also a great bang for my buck! Even if I have issues, they have been quick to respond and help me out! Highly recommend their products!!!

Amazing and wonderful product It’s very easy to setup, not heavy, easy to store, fit right in my car trunk, when I got it, with in seconds I was riding.it’s very comfortable, the foot rests is wide enough and I’ve already started recommending it to my friends and family members, I love the cruise mode, the max speed is good enough but for me personally I prefer for it to be a little more higher 😊,. Overall it’s a great product and I love it, I can’t wait for summer to start riding to school. Wonderful product, great job 👍👍👍👍👍
