Isinwheel customer service goes above and beyond After a manufacturing defect that rendered my scooter unusable, Isinwheel went out of their way to rectify the problem by replacing my scooter with a new one. Though problems with e scooters are rare, know that when you do business with isinwheel, if anything from the factory ever goes wrong, they have your back. A brand you can trust.

Very fast The skateboard I got is easy to use and wayyy faster than im comfortable going! I can do about 12, 13 mph and thats barely using the throttle, so impressive power. The controller is simple to use and the brake function is something I wish my standard skateboards had. Time will tell about longevity of the board, but ive put a few miles on it so far before the weather got too cold. Looking forward to this coming spring and summer with the board.

Amazing and wonderful product It’s very easy to setup, not heavy, easy to store, fit right in my car trunk, when I got it, with in seconds I was riding.it’s very comfortable, the foot rests is wide enough and I’ve already started recommending it to my friends and family members, I love the cruise mode, the max speed is good enough but for me personally I prefer for it to be a little more higher 😊,. Overall it’s a great product and I love it, I can’t wait for summer to start riding to school. Wonderful product, great job 👍👍👍👍👍

Definitely worth it After having trouble with a promo code I emailed isinwheel customer support. Someone responded within a few minutes correcting the error. I immediately bought the scooter I wanted. My friends all spoke very highly of the brand so I wanted to see for myself. I was not disappointed. My package arrived quickly. You can feel that the scooter is well built and durable. I was very excited. The only downside I faced was the app was not working at the time for me change a few settings. Otherwise seamless and exceptional!

Happy with GT2 and customer support I purchased a GT2 and had a couple slight issues once assembled. I emailed support and they sent me instructions to correct and all went well. They even followed up to make sure we were good. The scooter is awesome and totally recommend it, especially if you plan on riding off pavement for any reason.
