TERRIBLE customer service Customer service sends repeated emails asking for information already sent, emails for reviews when they haven’t completed the service etc. Everytime I’ve emailed with an issue, they are always on “Holiday” and this time they couldn’t help me because they are remodeling their warehouse?! They do not honor their warranty and instead try to convince customers to accept $30 to repair at local shop and then sent ONE brake versus all the parts needed. They also sent NO instructions and said they do not have the wiring needed and asked if I could buy it locally. Ridiculous!

Not even 2 weeks later they all go on sale for 50% (whatever we jumped the gun and overpaid) Mine came 3 days late & hers a week late (no biggie) Upon arrival her back fender was bent & rubbing the back wheel. Cool whatever we’ll buy one. None on the site. Reach out to support. Apparently they are all out of the s10 plus fender & assures me that Its no issue. *then never responds again* About a week in my GT2 starts making a popping sound whenever I touch the charger to it (not plugged in even) They assure me it’s normal *then never responds again* They ask me “to just try it out for a few days” By then I’m almost at my 30 day mark and they offer me a $20 refund I accept because we are just so fed up by this point. Long story short, scooters run great overall.. but the company is rude Brian & Emma

I have owned an electric longboard… I have owned an electric longboard before this one that was $200 more. I have used this board for a little over a month now and absolutely love it. I wish the battery pack lasted longer but I also use it at its full speed majority of the time. I love that you can trade out batteries and the off-road wheels are incredible. I take it over Light Rail tracks and train tracks daily with no issue. I would highly recommend for anybody who is looking for a first time board for a reasonable price.

Bought 2 of these electric scooters for… Bought 2 of these electric scooters for Christmas. One for my 11 year old son and one for my husband. It is perfect for both the speed adjustment modes make it so both can ride at their own levers. They were shopped and delivered super quick and the directions were easy to follow. The only two things I had an issue with were, I purchased one seat for my son to start out with. When my husband installed it it only lasted a day before the screws stripped out of where they screw into the other problem I had was the cable for one of the headlights pulled out of the lights:/ both things will probably be not too hard of a fix. About a week after delivery we received a complementary helmet with a bag and water bottle which was super awesome.

Very fast The skateboard I got is easy to use and wayyy faster than im comfortable going! I can do about 12, 13 mph and thats barely using the throttle, so impressive power. The controller is simple to use and the brake function is something I wish my standard skateboards had. Time will tell about longevity of the board, but ive put a few miles on it so far before the weather got too cold. Looking forward to this coming spring and summer with the board.
