One tough machine I have owned the circooter pro 1600 for 2 years now. It survived my 16 yo son runs through the bush and jumps. Both my son and the scooter came out of it with bruises, broken headlights and broken break handle but mechanically it runs as designed. Recently the front wheel stopped working - it turned out that , I didn't know, you can turn on and off yourself pressing the headlight switch 3 times. Service guys were fairly quick to respond. Reliable, affordable Isinwheel is a great company and my GT2 scooter has been great! It’s also a great bang for my buck! Even if I have issues, they have been quick to respond and help me out! Highly recommend their products!!!

Happy with GT2 and customer support I purchased a GT2 and had a couple slight issues once assembled. I emailed support and they sent me instructions to correct and all went well. They even followed up to make sure we were good. The scooter is awesome and totally recommend it, especially if you plan on riding off pavement for any reason.

Isinwheel GT2 Speed Issue Ran into an issue with my scooter only going 15.5 mph. Contacted support and they responded quickly. They told me what to do and gave me the reason why my speed was slow and not the recommended top speed. I done exactly what support told me and wow it work perfectly. Thanks Isinwheel support. I’m one happy customer.

TERRIBLE customer service Customer service sends repeated emails asking for information already sent, emails for reviews when they haven’t completed the service etc. Everytime I’ve emailed with an issue, they are always on “Holiday” and this time they couldn’t help me because they are remodeling their warehouse?! They do not honor their warranty and instead try to convince customers to accept $30 to repair at local shop and then sent ONE brake versus all the parts needed. They also sent NO instructions and said they do not have the wiring needed and asked if I could buy it locally. Ridiculous!
