Lights wouldn’t work nothing, I contacted the company, talked with them over a few email and they sent a replacement scooter right away and it works better than ever. I’m very pleased with the customer service as well as the product.

CAS9 500 max maiden ride Very stable and comfortable ride. Easy to fold and unfold with a weight that is relatively easy to handle for loading and unloading from my vehicule.

GBAwful customer service We bought the scooter for our son's birthday in February. Three weeks later it stopped working. Countless emails and phone calls and videos later they sent us a replacement part they deemed to be the solution. No instructions on how to replace just a piece in a bag. That was not in fact the problem and three months later his gift still does not work. Not they are closed for some holiday I'm. Not aware of for the next 4 days. Awful customer service.

CARemarkable scooter My son who was turning 13, wanted to get an Isinwheel scooter on his b'day. He chose the Isinwheel iX3 scooter which was surely an amazing scooter, but it was too heavy for him. When we told them after kind of 3months about this, Isinwheel people were kind to understand the situation & replace it for us. Terrific scooter, great service. I am impressed 👍

GBFiancé & I ordered 2 scooters. Fiancé & I ordered 2 scooters. Not even 2 weeks later they all go on sale for 50% (whatever we jumped the gun and overpaid) Mine came 3 days late & hers a week late (no biggie) Upon arrival her back fender was bent & rubbing the back wheel. Cool whatever we’ll buy one. None on the site. Reach out to support. Apparently they are all out of the s10 plus fender & assures me that Its no issue. *then never responds again* About a week in my GT2 starts making a popping sound whenever I touch the charger to it (not plugged in even) They assure me it’s normal *then never responds again* They ask me “to just try it out for a few days” By then I’m almost at my 30 day mark and they offer me a $20 refund I accept because we are just so fed up by this point. Long story short, scooters run great overall.. but the company is rude Brian & Emma
