My licensed HVAC technician installed on Friday. My new unit is so quiet can't tell it is on without going outside and seeing the fans blowing. Ordered Perfect Aire DIY 36,000BTU… Ordered Perfect Aire DIY 36,000BTU Ductless Mini-Split Heat Pump and Complete Wall Duct Kit on July 13. Order arrived yesterday by truck from GA to Nevada. After removing the shrink wrap parts are damaged, took pictures. Have been trying to call and all I get is a recording, have stayed on hold, have requested a call back. Tried 3 different #'s
