Products advertised as "in stock" were… UPDATE #2: STILL NO REFUND. 6 days after the promise of it being refunded. We had another small pump we returned and got a refund for. The Mr Cool Universal split unit has not been addressed or refunded. We expect a FULL refund now. This is beyond bad customer service and we will take further action legally if we do not get it resolved asap. UPDATE: After submitting the initial review we recived an XPO tracking number. The tracking destination was on the opposite side of the COUNTRY. This was brought to customer service attention and was not addressed. Then the shipment was "delivered" but we have no clue where and we immediately asked for a refund when the product obviously was jot coming to the address on the order. Other parts had the correct address, so it was not an error on our part when placing the order. We expect a refund now. That is thousands of dollars that was paid for something that was never coming to us. Products advertised as "in stock" were not what was shipped. We asked to cancel our order after they said the "in stock" item(verfied by phone call before purchasing) was suddenly out of stock after charging our card. Instead of refunding us, they sent us old and outdated parts and continued to delay the shipping of the main unit. After a couple of weeks we finally got a shipping confirmation for the main unit, but there is no tracking available for it at this time, so who knows if its actually en-route.

Shipped Damaged Mini Split (Customer… Shipped Damaged Mini Split (Customer Sevice Horrible). I received the unit & installed weeks later. I reported the units fins we badly damage, They basically said too bad because it was more than 3 days outside of my delivery. They offered me 50.00 to go away. This company has no business selling to the public with thet kind of service. Also spoke with a tech who was an ass. Again, in their reply they say I notified then decided to install. Not the case. I installed then noticed and called. They do nothing but deflect blame and say say for the confusion. They sell damaged products and offer 50.00 for concession on a 2300 product. Again, who would open a box and check it out before you intended to install. Buyer beware.

Installation instructions are not very clear on some points. Unit is of high quality construction. Comparable to packages costing thousands more. Those folks in China are working real hard to up their game.

Ordered Perfect Aire DIY 36,000BTU… Ordered Perfect Aire DIY 36,000BTU Ductless Mini-Split Heat Pump and Complete Wall Duct Kit on July 13. Order arrived yesterday by truck from GA to Nevada. After removing the shrink wrap parts are damaged, took pictures. Have been trying to call and all I get is a recording, have stayed on hold, have requested a call back. Tried 3 different #'s
