I contacted customer service multiple times I keep being told that financing has been temporarily paused while they address matters with their platform. I keep getting generic answers whenever I reach out to them

GBpaid off my orders and was a good… paid off my orders and was a good cutomer, cant contact them and now for weeks says i cant make payments yet i have a 750 dollar credit charge account, after reading reviews from others, i would not pay full price, for i dont know if i would get the merchandise and their prices are higher than anywhere else

GBI purchased a washer in October of… I purchased a washer in October of 2021. I also purchased a 5 year geek squad service plan at the same time. My washer has been broken for over a week. The customer service number does not work and the help@zebit email does not respond. I should not have to pay a huge amount to have my washer repaired when I have a service plan agreement. Please respond to your customers. I would be happy if they could provide me with a copy of my geek squad service agreement, so I can prove to Best Buy that I do have it. Best buy says they have no record of it.

GBI started using Zebit in late 2020 I started using Zebit in late 2020. I've never had a bad experience and the low payments are unmatched. No BS either. I was able to furnish my office, easily. Zebit also has bulk food as well. Also, my go to for Christmas shopping. Must use responsibly. I highly recommend.
