Never received anything from them which… Never received anything from them which I found about several years ago with my employer. I have not used them in about 2 years & it would have been nice for them to send out communication their website will be down or they are going out of business. My thoughts, they are out of business.

I purchased a washer in October of… I purchased a washer in October of 2021. I also purchased a 5 year geek squad service plan at the same time. My washer has been broken for over a week. The customer service number does not work and the help@zebit email does not respond. I should not have to pay a huge amount to have my washer repaired when I have a service plan agreement. Please respond to your customers. I would be happy if they could provide me with a copy of my geek squad service agreement, so I can prove to Best Buy that I do have it. Best buy says they have no record of it.

I love Zebit I love Zebit! I have purchased a Marc Jacobs bag and was so grateful of the low down payment and then monthly payments. I am planning on some Ashley seating and there is not a huge difference in price between Zebit and the Ashley website. The fact there is no interest, I am fine with paying a little more for the ability of making interest free payments. Thank you Zebit!

WHATS GOING ON !! I love the app really I do I told so many people about it but this is the 2nd time I tried to place a order and my account always freeze just now I'm trying to order things for Christmas and it's Frozen just made a payment .. And then when we email you guys always take a long time to respond I'm just upset I'm going through this twice in a row ..
